Customer Reviews Arc'teryx Seyla Vest

Bought the Seyla in black size XS after initially buying in a size S. However, the size S was huge and after exchanging the XS is perfect. For reference, I am 5’2” 110 pds. A couple things to note is the design and sizing in comparison to other Arcteryx vests. The Seyla vest is designed for a “relaxed fit,” while the Arcteryx Cerium vest is a “slim fit.” So, size down with the Seyla. The Seyla is warm, high-quality product design, and looks great on. One small change I would suggest is adding a drawstring to the Seyla vest similar to the Cerium Vest, so you can cinch and roll for a different look if you want a more fitted look. Also, I love the colors for the Seyla come in Jute, Ultima, Black —and are all wonderful versatile colors for women. I live in Seattle and this vest is perfect for those windy, damp colder days, where layering makes the most sense throughout the day. I have worn the Seyla trail jogging, running, traveling, and casually around town. This vest won’t disappoint!

I really like how warm this vest is on chilly morning dog walks. I chose the color transfix and it will go with any color. It's a cross between gray with a little hint of blue. I have several different styles of Arcteryx jackets in medium (I do not like a tight fitting coat). Based on the reviews I ordered a small and I'm really glad I listened! This vest does run larger than other styles of Arcteryx. For reference I am 5'3" and 114 Lbs.

The fit with Arc'teryx has always been way too slim for my 66 y.o. waist. ;'/
