I LOVE my otherBondi Hokas, but this style did not work for me I noticed knee and hip joint pain for the first time walking in these. I tried to wear them during the week, and I suffered a lot every time I did it. I am VERY disappointed in these new pairs. I wish I could return them; I am retired, and from me, it's a lot of money.

I LOVE the Clifton 8 version of this shoe. I didn't realize there was more than one Clifton. The Clifton Edge didn't feel comfortable really, but I ignored it. After two weeks, my hip and lower back were killing me. Then, my friend pointed out that the shoes I was wearing were not the same as my Clifton 8's. My bad and now, I'm paying for it. Can't run for two weeks per my doctor. But that said, if you run too much on your toes then these are for you.

After running in these for several months they hurt my feet. Don’t recommend. They look cool but don’t feel like a quality running shoe. Going back to Asics.

Felt big, bulky, and heavier than expected. Runs larger than most other athletic shoes.

When I ordered these shoes, I had no idea they had such large heels with such a great overhang. I had been told of possible driving issues with Hoka shoes but didn't understand until I saw them. Not for me!

I've never done this before (written a bad review) but these shoes haven't been great. They feel fine but I only walk/run an average of 4 times per week and the sole is already gone and I don't do trails or anything. I feel badly being negative but they were so expensive. I have moved on and purchased something else. Usually love hoka but not this time

I LOVE my other Hokas but this style did not work for me. Loved the color combo but it didn't fit me week. Maybe it works well for others.

I wear orthotics. The insole for this shoe is very thin and my orthotic is not. Therefore the pressure on my toes was very uncomfortable. If you are replacing the insole this shoe is probably not for you;
I'd also recommend:
Brooks especially the Ghost 13 is great especially with my orthotics.

This is the worse shoe I have gotten in a long time. I'm pretty sure I got a defective pair. The left shoe was more plush than the right. The shoe was too narrow. Even the shoelace of that left shoe was off. It would not stay tied. I felt like a toddler having to re-tie my shoe 15 times in a night.

Tried my regular size and foot wobbles inside shoe, exchanged for size 6 and shoe is too tight. Also, bad signs of wear and tear on the sole after only 3 uses for a 2 mile walk with my dog.

This is a horrible design. The heel protrudes in the back and caught on a step, almost causing me to fall down the stairs. There's no reason for the extra material either. The inner upper is not smooth or finished , with rigid material that digs into your skin.

I ordered a 6.5 since I had another model in that size and my foot was wobbling in the shoe so exchanged for a size 6 and was too small. Also, used the shoes twice on a 2 mile walk with my dog and some showed some serious wear and tear for 4 miles use. Disappointed at the edge, very happy with my arahi

I never thought of my feet being fat. (Never had that issue in 50 years of my existence) Anyway the shoe was tight on top of my foot. I had thin socks on that day as well. Just in case you were wondering. and an 8.5 ladies shoe.

I work in a very fast paced garden center/nursery. I easily walk 7 plus miles a day on concrete. I had huge hopes for these shoes as a few of my co-workers swear by them. They were comfortable but the 'rocking motion' of the soles bothered 1st my ankles & then my lower back. Sadly, I had to return them

After 8 runs I gave up on these shoes. They are not very supportive and my shins, ankles and feet were in excruciating pain every run. Super disappointed with this purchase. I had exchanged them once for a different size thinking that contributed to the problem and now I don't even have the option to return them.

This shoe was suggested for me by the shoe finder. I normally wear regular Cliftons. I ran in these for 1.5 weeks. They were harder than the regular Cliftons and gave me blisters. I have never had that with Cliftons so I switched back. The return was easy and quick. This just wasn't the shoe for me. Love my Clifton 7's.

They are too stiff and the heel hits the opposite leg when I run.

They look SO cool but they are actually super uncomfortable, maybe because I had such high expectations because of how much I love my Bondis.

I wear the Clifton shoe and have never had any problems. But this one instantly rubbed blisters on the back of my heels and I haven't worn since. Paid a lot for a shoe that is just going to sit there.

First you can't hardly get them on very tight. Suppose to have heal support oh my these things hurt my feet all over top, toes were numb, heal hurt so bad, ankles and shins. My cheap shoes never caused all the pain these shoes did. Alls I can say is they are being returned and will never try them on again.

The title says it all. I'm very disappointed with these shoes. I've given them 5 months to break in and my right knee hurts even after walking and they lack that comfy ride that made original Clifton lines so dreamy. Worst of all, the area inside the shoe behind my heel has somehow ripped on both shoes rendering them unusable. The kicker? I've only put about 125-150 miles on them. Please improve the next version!

They were too tight across the instep. I didn't like the heel flare.
