In case you have not been told, the opening to the mini's was shrunk. It took me and my 15 year old 5-10 min to get the shoes on. It's ABSURD and the loop in the back is going to snap and look awful. I took them back to the Ugg store and the associate acted as though I should know this and that the shoes are "fine" and we need a shoe horn and not to pull on the back. I'm sorry, but I"m 46 years old and have been wearing/buying Ugg's since 2002, I have NEVER experienced this. The shoe horn helped significantly but Ugg should pack it in the box with a quick brief about the opening being small.

The black ultra mini uggs are so comfy but they stained my white nike socks black. I love ugg and all but the dye really made me mad and i can't get the color out. next time i'll buy other colors

I have had UGGs my whole life, but never have had the UGG minis. The size is true but for buying you should know that they are hard to get on therefore a sheepskin on the inside gets damage from putting your foot in. Don't get me wrong. I love UGGs but I get worried that I'm gonna rip off the loop that helps you get them on and I just got them two months ago.

These shoes are super cute I've been wanting them for so long. But sadly they feel a little cheap. I've had lots of uggs and the quality of these shoes don't feel like real uggs. The fur inside is really soft, but doesn't remind me of the rough fur uggs usually have. The outside of the uggs is smoother than usual and gives a more orangey tone. Im using a size 8.5 so I decided to get the 9's and they're pretty big, especially in the back and I don't know how the 8's would fit. I'm pretty disappointed but they're really cute for fall.

Wanted to love these, but they are difficult to put on and the stitching along one side has already started to fray. Once on, they are super comfortable. The shed that comes off the interior of the black pair is somewhat annoying, but I hope will decrease with use.

So.here's the thing. I ordered a pink pair in December & am so happy with themI wanted another size. I ordered the exact same item, exact same size, in light blue and could not fit my foot into the opening!!! It is super super smallhad to return them . SoINCONSISTENT SIZING I suppose

I have worn my ultra mini uggs for less than a week and when I first received them the quality felt really Cheap and really thin. I've felt other ultra Ugg minis and they do not feel as cheap as the ones I purchased online.

The opening is way too small, way too difficult to get on even though the size was right. Took me 5 minutes of struggling and a metal shoe horn just to get one side ontoo bad because I loved the look/ people with high arches should not buy this style

Toe is tighter than the other Uggs I have bought and the mini slips in the heel. I will wear it more around the house as a slipper than to work like I had planned. Wide in heel and narrow in toe. I absolutely love my Ugg boots and slippers but this one isn't my favorite.

The fur inside of the boots is extremely cheap. It does not hold up like my old UGGs but we are paying the same price. I have had mine for 2 months and most of the "fur" is already completely compacted and does not keep my feet warm.

I have bought several pairs of uggs over the years and can say with certainty this pair feels like knockoffs. There is zero cushion in the footbed and the trim around the ankle is so janky. Honestly I didn't open them until after the 30 day return window had expired so completely my fault or I would have returned them. I did not experience any difficulty getting my feet into the boots.

Wait a while before reviewing!!! I have had these for only two winters and even my Ugg's from 13 years ago have outlived these.... They are falling apart on the inside, my heel has lost all of it's fur and the insoles are trash. BRING BACK THE OLD QUALITY UGGS. I will not buy another pair.

I think it's Bizarre the sole was already used for me it is not new I find it not too serious

I don't understand all the 5 star super positive reviews. Why is no one talking about how insanely hard these are to put on? It took me a good few minutes and it was painful. Once on they're cute and comfy, but I don't know if it's worth the struggle and pain of getting these on.. I was only able to put these on without socks. With socks it was nearly impossible. Pass.

Instead of offering so many colors but no half sizes and no narrows, I wish you would offer half sizes (8.5 specifically) and a narrow option in at least one or two colors. I would love to have these but the sizing options just do not work for my 8.5 narrow feet.

I LOVE how these look however it takes me 10 minutes to get them on because the opening just is not wide enough. Tried with a sock also to see if it would be easier, nope. Also, my feet come out black when I take them off.

II purchased these boots and I do like them but in another color. The boots have black fur and in one try on I notice my toes had a tint of stain. I have read that some customers complained about the dye in the fur of black boots. My daughter had some slippers with the leopard fur and even that black stained her feet her toes and the bottom of her feet but I wanted to try and see if perhaps it wouldn't happen to me and it did. While I liked the boots I would never get them in black fur. I will get another pair later in another color just staying away from black.

I wanted to love these, but they were huge. I usually wear a 9 and that's what I ordered. Even with socks on they were huge. I am looking for a boot that is warm but most importantly easy to slip on. I thought these would do the trick. But, they were not easy to slip on in spite of the fact they were too large. I am not ordering a smaller size as they would be even harder to get on.

I will preface this by saying I have been a long time UGG wearer and the reason I wear UGGs is because they are pure sheepskin with a sheepskin lining since they have been purchased they are now introducing UGG plush, which is sheepskin and synthetic material which I do not like the feel of. I purposely chose these shoes because they listed on their website sheepskin lining. After exchanging this three times and all three times it said UGG plush I gave up. I understand that you were trying to cut costs and be more earth friendly however, if the advertisement shows sheep skin lining then that's what the customer should be provided.
