I have several pairs of Sorel boots and usually love them. These were a very high hope as I liked the sort of sneaker look they have. I usually have to buy wide shoes and these were not offered in a wide but wanted to try these anyway. The size 11 were quite tight in the toe shaft with regular wool socks on. The quality and style were as expected but they had to go back. Hope Sorel will add a "wide width" size to future offerings.

I L-O-V-E these boots. I live in Wisconsin and need something for slush pretty much from Nov to March. I ordered several others before settling on these and I made the right choice. They are easy to get on and off, are warm, so comfortable I wear them on daily walks, so stylish that wear just about everywhere (that is wherever you can go with covid). Look great with leggings and straight cut jeans fit over the outside. Did I say I love these boots?

I had to return to get a bigger size (normally an 8/8.5, the 9 works great). Size up at least a half size if not full. Once I got the sizing figured out, I am in love with these boots! So cute & comfy, and I love that they are waterproof. I was watering my plants with these on and spilled some water on my boots, and the water just beaded right off. I highly recommend for fall/winter boots!

Very comfortable boot and warm. My only complaint is the zipper on the outside. I have always had the zipper on the inside. It's just a little odd to zip.

These comfy shoes seem perfect For slipping on quickly when headed out the door but they were so unstylish that I couldn’t bear to purchase them.

I loved these shoes but could not keep them because they hit a varicose vein in my ankle making them uncomfortable to me.

I purchased 3 pairs of the Joan of Arctic Explorer (Lace-Up version of this boot) in different colors because I love that boot so much, and my only “very minor” complaint was that it would be more convenient if they had a zipper instead of having to be tied. So when I found this boot, I thought it would be perfect! It seems identical to the Joan Explorer Lace-Up, except it has a zipper instead of laces. There were just a few minor issues, however, that made this boot less ideal than the lace-up version. First, I had already ordered the 3 colors of this boot in the lace-up version that would go with most of my clothing, so when I purchased this boot, I simply picked my favorite color of the lace-up boot (quarry/grey) and ordered it in this boot as well. I normally wear a size 6 in most shoes and boots, and occasionally a 6.5, but I ordered a size 7 in the lace-up Joan Explorer’s due to the many reviews saying it ran quite small. Those reviews were accurate, and the lace-up boot fits my size 6 foot perfectly in a size 7 (runs a full size small). Some of the reviews for this zippered boot mentioned that it also runs small, and since this boot looks almost identical to the lace-up Joan Explorer, and that boot fit me in a size 7, I decided to try a size 7 in this boot as well. However, this boot was a bit too loose for me in a size 7; my heel was slipping quite a bit, and the ankle area was a bit big around. So, my usual size 6 feet would actually need a size 6.5 in this boot (it runs 1/2 size small). Also, I prefer the style of the lace-up Joan Explorer, specifically the fur trim which this boot doesn’t have. If I didn’t already own 3 pairs of the lace-up Joan Explorer, however, I would definitely have exchanged this boot for a size 6.5, and I would have kept it and enjoyed it immensely. The only reason I decided to return it is that I already have the lace-up explorer in this same color, and I ended up liking it better than this boot. But this is still a cute, comfortable, warm boot that would probably become my favorite pair of boots if I didn’t own the lace-up version of it already!

The boot is very narrow. I went up a 1/2 size and they just didn't fit even with a larger size.

Great fit and style. Great in the rain. A bit warm for some climates but i love them.

I love the sorel boots. They have a nice cushion liner. They keep my feet warm and comfortable.

Great fit, very warm. Can wear without socks. Top opening is a little large, but maybe my ankles are too thin?

They truly ARE waterproof! They went all over drizzly rainy wintery Europe and still look like new! Super comfortable too.

Feels great. Super comfortable. They are helping me through the California rain storms. They may be a bit warm for this climate.
