I've had hokas for running and work, different styles for each. This last pair of bondi 7 just didn't work. Hokas are comfortable but they don't last long.

The arch in the right shoe is pounding into the bottom of my foot making my foot hurt. Not sure if this is just a defect or not. I have always purchased the Bondi 6 in the past without any issues. Not sure if I need to try a wide or a half size smaller.

We've worked on line and spoken to customer service folk ( all quite helpful and apologetic ) for 4 days and still can't get an exchange started.

Shoes are too big and too wide. Can't contact HOKA. Horrible service after purchase.

Shoes are too wide and too long. I wear wide but their wide is extra, extra wide. Contacting Hoka to make a correct exchange is an impossible mission. Never buy until you have actually tried on tge shoes. They are nice shoes.

Bought this shoe thinking it would support a weak ankle because my doctor told me to look at buying a pair from this maker, they didn't support my ankle at all

I own several pairs of hoka and love most of these. There is something drastically wrong with the fit. These give my feet blisters.

Not impressed blisters started on heel on my first walk, never had this happen before with this Hoka model. Size is the same as last pair. Also heel feels like there isn't enough support on the bottom, almost like it's too soft to support my weight, 215lbs. Frustrating because I am only using these for my 4 mile daily walk.

The right shoe squeaked when I walked so I don't wear them anymore loved them for 24 hours

I love your sneakers they fit so perfect it was always sketchy on buying them off-line. Everyone is always told me just do it it's perfect. I did not get the colors that I wanted I'm very disappointed for that kind of money I get what I want and I did not.

Great padding comfort except when your foot supinates, then your foot wants to roll

I have had several pairs of Hokas and until now have always been pleased. This last pair caused pain in an area on my foot.

Only had these a couple of months and they are already are not soft and comfortable like they were when I bought them in May.

I bought these based on reviews but these shoes are not made for anyone with flat feet and have pain so I would never buy this brand again

For me there is too much arch. That arch pushes my feet toward the outer edge. Not comfortable for me

I understood their sizes ran true. I normally wear a 10 1/2 normal. Not wide or narrow. The shoe fits like a narrow. It is uncomfortable.

I ranked one star because it is really comfortable and good for my plantar fasciitis, but with leas than a month , the back ankle cushion internal material detached from inside . I am really upset and not satisfied from the quality
