This was my first time trying Hoka shoes. I work in a hospital so my shift is spent walking/standing on concrete floors. I have plantar fasciitis and find it challenging to find shoes that keep my feet from hurting by the end of the day. I originally purchased the Bondi 7 in the regular width (I've never worn wide shoes my whole life). I found the first pair to be equivalent to walking on a cloud without my feet hurting BUT they caused multiple blisters on my toes on both feet. I read online the Bondi 7 has a narrow toe bed and changing to a wide size helped others who had gotten blisters as well. I returned them and ordered a second pair in wide. I was so excited when they came. The second pair causes both of my feet to cramp when I'm walking. I've never experienced cramping from a pair of shoes before. Unfortunately every time I've tried to wear them my feet begin to cramp up again.

I really wanted to love these shoes.. I have very wide feet,, the 6.5 wide were too wide. These shoes were soft. Too soft. After two hours of working my feet were throbbing horribly. No arch support. I felt as if my feet were flopping around inside of shoes with no support. I had to return for refund.

I love Hoka shoes, unfortunately this style didn't work for me. On my left foot after wearing the shoe for several hours, the side of the insole felt like it was under my arch instead of the side of my foot. I removed the insole and replaced it thinking it had moved but unfortunately it still felt the same way. luckily for me, I love their return policy and I was able to return the shoes for a full refund. I'll have to try a different style.

I was very excited about these since they have had good reviews but after wearing them for a very short time they actually made my feet hurt on the foot pad. It hurt for a few days after. I was very disappointed! I've tried one other pair as well and they were not good. I moved onto Brooks and they are great!

The picture of the shoe doesn't look anything like the real shoe. It was not in anyway blue it was gray. In the picture the heel of the shoe looks white but the heel is actually gray as well.

I bought another pair of Bondi 7 size 8 W, my previous pair I purchased about about a year ago. I really love my old pair! I can't say enough good things about the comfort, padding, it's like walking on air and I have several foot issues. I wanted to get another pair at the end of the year but they were out of stock for 6 weeks or more. I finally got another pair a few days ago and am very disappointed. These are not the same sneakers, although the labeling says Bondi 7. There is less padding in the back ankle area and in the sole. They are not very comfortable. When I put the old and new shoes together for comparison the older pair is clearly better made with more of the padding I expect from Hoka. Beware if you are used to the great Bondi 7 padding and comfort, the news shoes are not like the old ones. Not to mention when you walk in the shoes, there is little padding in the soles. I will have to go out and buy some inner soles and put them in the shoe to get the same comfort of the previous pair. Even the arch support is different, not the great arch support I have with my older shoes. Why the change? Very disappointed. I didn't mind paying the higher price before because the sneakers were so worth it. Now they are just over priced and not good.

I bought these thinking they would have the exact cushion support as Bondi 6 and they did not. I have now tried to buy more pairs of the Bondi 6.

Not Arthritis Friendly
Bought these based on a recommendation and they did not live up to the hype. I have arthritis in my right foot, just a couple of joints in my toes. I also have a standard width span and have never needed a wide width in any shoe. These shoes put pressure on the edges of my foot and compressed inward creating pressure through joints which led to my feet numbing. Do not recommend for anyone with similar issues.

I was so excited to get the new Bondi's. They are nothing like the Bondi 3 or 4. I didn't feel like I was walking on a cloud. I will not buy Hokas anymore. They fit larger than my last pair. I'm actually disappointed :,(

I was very hopeful about this shoe. I have arthritic feet and unfortunately, the top was too tight and the sole
wasn't as cushioned as I need. I ordered the wide, but wish there was actually an extra wide

In October 2020 I purchased my first pair of Bondi 7. This was my 6th pair of Bondi shoes, but my first pair of version 7. These shoes are not at all what I am used to. The heels of these shoes are lower than the rest of the footbed, causing pain when I wear them for any period of time (and especially if I walk for exercise in them). I kept thinking that I would break them in and they would eventually be the comfortable shoes that the past versions have been for me. After 3 months, however, I am finally calling it quits on Hoka...and. I deeply hate having to do that. I have looked everywhere for another pair of Bondi 6's in my size, but am not able to find any in stock or online.

The Bondi 7 has significant changes from the most comfortable Bondi 6. My orthopedic doctor had recommended the Bondi 6 and it worked perfectly for my arthritic foot. When I purchased the Bondi 7 recently, there has been significant changes that limit my wearing of this shoe. It seems that at least 50% of the cushion is gone. The rocker sole effect is not readily evident. The back of heel is padded more, but it rolls to the inside. The pull tab on the back sits in a different position & the angle of pull is outward, rather than upward. No benefit in using it to pull shoe on. PLEASE bring back the old Bondi!!!

I LOVED the Bondi 6, bought 3 pairs. I recently bought the new Bondi 7 and I do not like them. I sold them to a co-worker. Whatever they changed, it is not working. The 6 had much better cushion. The 7s feel as though Hoka skimped out on the cushion. Will not be buying the 7 again. Hopefully I can find some Bondi 6 to buy.

At first, the shoes felt slightly firm and a bit uncomfortable, but after a few wears, the soles softened beautifully. Now, they're my go-to everyday shoe and have made a remarkable difference in relieving my foot pain. I can comfortably wear them all day without any issues. I normally wear a women's size 7, but I sized up to a 7.5 for a little extra room, and it's absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!

I really like the Bondi 7 shoe for its comfort and stability. I walk/run 5 miles per day and I feel supported with every step.

I have multiple pairs of the Bondi 7s and they are the most comfortable shoes! I've tried the Bondi 8s and the Bondi 9s and they hurt my feet. Please bring back a whole line of different colors of the Bondi 7s and don't get rid of them! All my coworkers also wear and love them! We are nurses and are on our feet for half the day and really need comfortable shoes to get us through our shifts!
Thank you

Bring back the Bondi seven! Bring back the Bondi seven! They have the smoothest transition a low drop and the most cushion. Please bring back all the other colors and just keep them in your catalog for us. Bondi seven lovers. I've never found a shoe so good!

These are my absolute favorite shoes. The best for walking and running long distances and I haven't found another shoe or even version of this shoe that compares. I really wish you guys would add more colors and just keep the Bondi 7 as part of your regular line!!

IMHO you can't go wrong with the Bondi 7. So many people had negative things to say about the Bondi 8 they brought these back. I'm now on my 3rd pair of Bondi 7 and bought 2 pairs this time in case Hoka does something ridiculous like not manufacturing these again. Checked out the Bondi 9 but the materials looked and felt cheesy so passed.
The Bondi 7 is super comfy, no break in required and has a nice roomy toe box . I'll buy these as long as they make them.
