I normally wear a size 8, and a 39 in European sizing. The size conversion chart indicated a 38 is the equivalent of 7.5-8, so I started there. My toes were in the end, however, so I order a 39--and they're perfect! Not too long; just a slim finger's width between my toes and the end of the shoe. I have very narrow feet (AAA-AAAA), and these fit beautifully, so I am extremely pleased. Most shoes that only come in B or medium width are too wide for my feet. These are comfy, classy little shoes! Thinking about ordering another pair in another color. I highly recommend!

I have not been able to find shoes that had non synthetic materials and I would enjoy until this shoe came along and one other I will do a review on. This shoe feels like you are wearing a comfortable glove that supports your feet while walking and adjusts. I love the soft feel and the uniqueness of the shoe. I am very happy with the customer service since they truly care. I would recommend this shoe and the quality of both the shoe and customer service.

The leather on these is butter soft. It takes a bit of practice getting my heel in due to the lovely leather but once my big floppers are in, the effort melts away. And they are beautiful.

I love Pikolinos. I have several styles, all boots, so this low sneaker-like style was a departure from the norm and they do not disappoint. The fit and comfort are as perfect as all my other Pikolinos. I am a consistent 7.5 - 8, or 38 in European sizing. My Pikolinos are all 38s. My foot is narrow, but I have a high arch, which is sometimes a problem, but never with Pikolinos. The Riolas are so very cute and they come with an extra set of laces so you can customize. I like the elastic laces because that makes them slip-ons. My only minor complaint is that the tongue slips to one side over my high arch, which happens with every lace-up shoe for me. The picture shows what I mean.

These are awesome shoes. Fit like second layer of skin; soft leather, soles adjust with each step so you hardly know the are there. Toe area is great, my toes can spread out. Ordered the sage colour through Amazon for sale, bought red ones and just bought the creme coloured ones as well.

These are a nice leather but run small and narrow. My normal size 8.5, I couldn’t even get my foot in. I also ordered a 9.5 and am debating to keep. Going to walk around in the house more in them and see how the length feels. They are a little long but Zappos didn’t have them in a 9. They are a little narrow IMO too. Well made and cute but hard to get your foot in. I want to lace all the way up. I feel the laces should be longer.

These were extremely narrow and sized small. I’d go a full size up. I thought they looked cuter in the pics. They are very comfortable and a very nice soft leather but my toe was at the end.

Fits and feels like a glove on my feet! I got the coral but it's definitely more of a brick red and gorgeous. I'm a size 6 1/2 and ordered my usual 37 European. Can't believe the reviews saying to size up a whole size. They fit perfectly and I expect them to stretch a little like all soft leathers do. Right now I'm wearing them with rolled up jeans and a black cardigan but they also pair well with spring/summer casual dresses. I always wanted to try Pikolinos, and they are as nice as they appear online, maybe more so. I also ordered the cream color and can't wait to get them. Thanks Pikolinos!

I am a solid size 4.5 so I ordered the 4.5-5 and kept my fingers crossed they would not be too big. They arrived when they were supposed to and I am very happy to report they fit just fine. Comfy and the leather is so soft. I really like them.

This is a fantastic shoe. The quality of the leather and the workmanship is truly there. The fact that they come with an elastic pair of laces, that allow you to simply slip on the shoe, makes it an excellent choice for those who have trouble tying due to arthritis and such. They are also very comfortable with nice insoles and smooth seams. However, these shoes run small. I have now bought a pair for myself and my mother, and they definitely run a full size smaller. I highly recommend these shoes, I would just order them a size larger than usual.

This shoe fits like a leather glove. Soft, light, fun, and cute. A little like ballet slippers with a sole. I have had them more than a year and they do stretch - a little out of shape now, but still my favorite go to "run around town" shoe. Be prepared: You will get lots of compliments.

These shoes are so lovely. They are super comfortable and stylish. Following previous reviews I ordered one size up and it was the right choice. I've already walked long distances in them and felt as though I had been wearing them forever.

Let's see how many languages I can tell the Pikolinos Riola I love you - Je t'aime , Te amo, Ich liebe Dich, ??? (Wo ai ni). The shoe feels like wearing a soft glove and I want to wear it everywhere. It makes me feel young and vibrant and these days, that is what makes me smile everytime I put them on. And by the way, strangers stop me and ask about thee wonderful little go to shoes. I LOVE YOU.

Normally 8.5(39) is my size and fit just right for me. The flexible sole makes soooo comfortable when you walk. The leather inside and out is soft,makes then fit like a glove. This time I bought blue but I also have 3 other pairs.

I am a size 38 and with my narrow foot I can sometimes wear a 37, I tend to wear tie up shoes because of my narrow foot. I had to return the size 38 for a size 39. The size 38 resulted in my toes being jammed up to the end unless I went barefoot. Since I want to wear a thin sock with this shoe I ordered a size 39 and although I have never worn a size 39 this fit perfectly. The shoe runs narrow in my opinion which pleases me, it is cushioned and very comfortable with soft leather and a beautiful blue shade. Very pleased.

These wear more like a slipper than a shoe and look great I got the sapphire blue color and it is not too bright and easily goes with jeans or slacks. Beautiful shoe.

Size 37 is usually loose on me but this pair in size 37 fit more snugly. I would like to have exchanged them for a 38 but they do not come in that size apparently

Style, color, material, construction, etc all good. I expect no less of Pikolino. I am more than a little disappointed in Zappos for charging full price and sending shoes that have obviously been worn.

I love Pikolinos! This pair had the right color and style. However, it was short on size. I usually wear a 9.5 (41) but this style was much too tight and very uncomfortable in a short time. I suggest sizing up at least half a size.
