This is the most problematic heel design I've encountered in almost three decades of running shoes. Whoever designed this heel never tried it on; horrifically stiff, intrusive, and designed for aliens with no achilles tendon. Seriously. Do the fit in a real shoe store FIRST; then, if for whatever reason you feel no back tendon/heel rub and stiffness, good for you. Pretty disappointed in this design, New Balance!

These shoes are utterly baffling to me. They look absolutely amazing. The amount of cushioning is incredible. These could easily be the most comfortable running shoes I've ever put on... Except for just one thing. The ridiculous heel pads they have put on each side that anchor your Achilles tendon. It makes these shoes unwearable. They are fundamentally flawed and I can't figure out how anyone at NB in product development would think a feature like would appeal to top-tier runners or anyone that has ever worn a shoe for that matter. It's a total miss.

The New Balance More are very comfortable. They are cushioned like Hokas. But the outsole is horrible. There is no tough rubber, only light foam that wears away incredibly quickly. Hard to believe NB manufactured them like this.

these shoes just work for me. As a flat footed guy, I have a tough time finding wide shoes that my ankles don't roll in on. these shoes not only look pretty good they offer a surprising amount of support.

The most comfortable things I've ever had on my feet.

I'm hoping that this pair of shoes will last longer than the other ones of the same model. The bottom of my others have worn down considerably. I love the comfort and cushion on these which make waking a pleasure !

shoe fits great however, this my 2nd pair of this model sent first pair because right shoe "squeaked" every step quess what left shoe squeaks with this pair oh well what the h..l?!?!

I usually wear a size 11, but the website said the recommended size was 10.5. so I made the mistake of believing that, and now I have to return a pair of shoes that are too small. Otherwise, I'm sure they are fine.

4E in this shoe is not equal to 4E in other NB shoes!!!

They are very comfortable shoes which I use for off duty assignments. I can barely feel the the hard concrete and asphalt that I stand and walk on.

Fit perfect! Zappos suggested alternate size due to data on past purchases and I went with it.

These shoes are extremely comfortable. They have more cushion that some HOKAs that I own. I had the earlier version of the NB Fresh Foam, these are way more comfortable. I have 4E wide foot. These are plenty wide. Great shoes! I love them!

The shoes fit well. They are not the most good looking shoes I've seen. However, for a person with problem feet, these fit my needs. They provide excellent support which is the main reason why I say these are great.

the shoe was comfortable but i have already bought shoes without tongue holds ,the shoes didn't hold out to well tongue going all over the place made shoe very uncomfortable.i owned higher price new balance they were made better.
