Fit and look are great. However, I haven’t given them much of a trail running challenge as the sole is detaching from the shoe in only a few wears- hence why I’m afraid to even try on the trail! Good looking and comfortable shoe but it needs better sole glue or something- seems cheaply made.

These were too small although the same size as other On shoes I bought. Otherwise they looked great and seemed decent quality.

The tongue is very thin and flimsy. keeps slipping down. Hard to put on. Smaller than my other pair - same brand different style.

Quite stylish on photos and appear better online than in real life. Thin leather and overall appear to be a lower quality sneaker. Wears narrow, order wide if possible.

a bit short

My husband right size is men 10.5 but Oncloud 10.5 run super small, then we reorder and even then the 11 size barely fit him. So it is frustrated having to do all to send it back thank goodness for your kindness of letting us ship it back at no cost, thank you for that we love Zappos always!!

Shoe is more narrow than other cOn running shoes I’ve worn.

Just seemed a half size too big…

I love these shoes as they are perhaps the first ones in years that do not give me blister or hurt my back. I am pretty well sold on them for that. However, the laces just don't stay tied up (even with double knots), pine cones and rocks easily get stuck in the center of the shoe and one must stop their run to get them out, and finally, the back of the shoe (where the heel goes in) wears out extremely fast. I only weigh 104# or 47k and before I even had 150 miles on these shoes, the back is worn out, the padding gone. I feel it's a shame since these shoes, otherwise, are extremely comfortable and have great support for their weight. Photo below was taken at 87 miles...

Fit was just way to large..This would have been my 4th pair of OCs but the sizing was just totally different.

Run large by at least 1/2 size: rocks get stuck in the sole all the time-serious flaw in sole design. Shoes are super light and feel good otherwise

The On shoes in general are priced high, but offer low quality. These shoes are very flat, and don’t offer much support. They are made with a very thin material, which has now started to develop holes.

These shoes only lasted roughly 90 days before the inside started to fall apart. Not wore for running, just everyday wear and walks. After contacting the ON customer service I was told this is normal and its fine that shoes wear out after 90 days.

I probably would have kept them and given them a try, if they weren’t already worn enough to the point there were creases in the toes. Not paying that kind of money for used shoes.

This model has a less structure at the ball of the foot than previous models, if you are looking for a rigid sole I would not recommend.

Very disappointed with the material. They look like rubber shoes. Can’t imagine how hot these shoes would be. I will be returning these tomorrow.

I was very disappointed in these shoes. They are not as comfortable as my other IC shoes. Wish I could exchange them. Too much money for no comfort.

What a disappointment. I've owned other pairs of ON shoes that held up great. These started showing signs of wear fairly quickly and within a couple of months of 2-3 wears a week they had holes all over. I'll buy other ON shoes in the future but will be wary of this looser weave.

These shoes used to fit great (redesigned shoe doesn't) and be wonderful for hiking on rocky mountain trails. As great as the engineering is, the quality is very poor on the original shoe. These shoes fall apart quickly. I am lucky if these last 100 miles, let alone the 350 miles On Cloud claimed they were good for. I had a pair that got dirty, so I gave them a light cleaning with water, immediately after this the shoes started to separate where the different materials meet. The lining wears out at the ankle, too. Even though the quality sucks, and the fact that these make it to landfill quickly for something that comes from a "green" company, I would still buy them because of how they handle, even though it pains me to do so. However, they redesigned the shoe and now it doesn't fit me any longer!!! The toe room is much less and no widths beside medium. I had to send them back. I guess I am going to try Salomon because that's what others recommend.

The fit was a little larger than expected. The shoe was comfortable but not great. It feels like the toe curls up in the front and is unattractive but not so unattractive that I will return them. The colors are good and materials seem cool.

I was very disappointed in the cloudventure. I previously owned a pair of cloudventure mid tops. ON recommended these as a replacement. At first glance the shoe is nearly the same. The quality appears comparable as well. But this is not the same shoe. I walk about 10 km a day. The previous shoe lasted one year! Best of all I never had a blister which is pretty much a fact of life when you walk that much. I’ve had these for nearly four months and the wear is comparable to my first purchase after one year. While far less common and severe I have experienced blisters. Annoyingly, rocks will get stuck on the sole. While the design was comparable that never happened with my previous pair. Did they move they’re factory? Did they change their materials? Did a new CEO come in and demand cost cutting measures to make more profit? What happened? I feel like my best friend moved out of the country.

The shoes are my second pair that started making a noise when I walked. Annoying! Coming back to you!

Falling apart after 1 month. Worn only in an office setting. For the price that is not acceptable.

Fit and comfort were fine. But the shoes started to fray after only 4 months of very moderate use.
