This was a gift certificate. I ordered the little Zappos box as the "box" for the card. When it arrived, it was crushed on one corner, and the whole thing was "shrink wrapped" in a clear plastic bag. It looked like one of those bags that the Post Office puts on damaged parcels. This was all tucked inside a mailing envelope. It was very strange. Why was the box crushed and then repackaged? It was a very appealing presentation for a $200 gift card.

Cutest little giftbox! My niece is going to love it for her birthday. She has quite the shoe collection and asked for a pair of converse that are currently out of stock so I went with the giftcard so can pick out what she wants. I was a little nervous about ordering this giftcard that comes in a little box bc of a previous review that said it was crushed when it arrived. Looks like zappos corrected that issue because mine arrived wrapped up like it was fine china. LOL :) thanks zappos for packing it so nicely for transport.

An absolutely perfect and super cute little gift card box. It arrived well-packed without any damages.

I ordered a gift card as a birthday gift and requested it be delivered to gift recipient’s home. Be warned: Zappos doesn’t have a gift note option like Amazon does. This tiny little box with the gift card arrived in a large Zappos delivery box with no note for recipient (real waste of packaging and hard to have a element of surprise for the gift). And to top it off, Zappos initially mistakenly sent the card to my home address, so after I got that straightened out, the gift was also late. The only positive part of this experience was dealing with Zappos rep Karla who called me 4 times to make sure everything was taken care of properly.

Easy transaction. Received gift card the next day.

Greatest company ever.! I’ve been ordering mainly shoes and other items for 22 years! Keep up the great work!

I am very disapointed i ordered a 50$ Christmas gift card and received a blue and white Zappos box with a matching card. Not the Christmas gift card.
