This is one great pair of corduroy jeggings gone bad. The cassis color is gorgeous, the corduroy is soft, the length is right on for my 5'6" self. BUT, the waist is HUGE in my usual EF size, and the back rise is about 1+ inches too low (the front is fine -- sits at natural waist). The hips and thighs fit just perfectly. So I could wear them, but I'd be spending all my time pulling them up in back. The elastic doesn't seem to be doing much of anything -- it's almost the same size as the waist itself . . . so it doesn't work! So too bad -- if the back rise was a bit higher (most of us non-models do have fannies that protrude just a little) and the elastic waist actually worked, I'd totally LOVE them and wear them all the time and buy more colors. As is, they're a failure. The next smaller size would fit my waist, but be too tight in the hips. Sigh.

Love the Eileen Fisher leggings. Have several pairs in denim. Had to return the first pair in corduroy because the legs were different lengths. Got a second pair which was slightly longer and fit better.

These pants were so cute and I actually left the house in them but as soon as I sat down in the car they slid down so far I had to get out of the car to pull them back up. I took the tags off but I can't wear them so I'm returning them.
