It was wide, to accommodate my bunion! I added some foam soles on the bottom because there wasn't much sole padding.

Comfortable hiking the first time out!

Boots feel great, very light, good support. unfortunately I have to return them. I was recently diagnosed with mid foot arthritis and I need to look for wider shoe with less flexible sole.

These shoes are very light and comfortable on my foot. I wear an 8.5 in most shoes but size up to a 9.5 in hiking athletic shoes and that size fit me well. Unfortunately they seem to be causing me some hip pain so I’m not able to keep wearing them but if you have a narrow foot and need a lightweight hiking boot these would be a good choice!

Nice shoe, well made and very cute. However, the fit was a bit off for my foot. I was disappointed that there was no real arch support, but I replaced the Merrill insole with my orthotics and that helped. Unfortunately my orthotic caused my toes to get a little crunched. Sending them back and ordering a half size larger.

Ordered an 11, but received a 10 1/2, therefore it is too small. I wish to exchange them for the 11.
