These are GREAT. My husband loves them - waterproof (!), great tread and solid without being super heavy. They look great and the ankle support is superior (so is the really good tread). I am so glad we found these. They are the perfect fall-winter-spring boot for him to wear in the rain or light snow. Sometimes a guy just needs a boot that's in between a steel toe and a dress boot. These are them!! Thanks so much Zappos. I'm resting a little easier knowing that he's got such super boots.

I bought these for my husband. They were exactly what he wanted and needed but we had to return them. He takes an extra wide and the front of the boot was perfect for this. But the heel was so loose and sloppy it would have meant blisters or a fall. We desperately needed to find something waterproof so this was a big disappointment.

Well designed. Comfortable. Not too heavy. No metal in them so you can go through airport scanners OK (I tried it). Would have liked a bit more cushioning in the soles.

Best boots ever. We bought a second pair for my husband, size 8.5 W. The fit is good and he really likes them. The shoes are comfortable from day one, no break-in required! They are true to size, sturdy construction with good traction sole for snowy weather. Great for the winter months!

The width was not an EE. Very narrow for what was supposed to be a wide shoe. Shoe did look good and appeared to be made well but I had to return.
