I have six pairs of these. I stocked up on them in case they quit making them. They are my favorite minimalist shoes by far. I've used them for running on gravel, climbing rocks, kayaking and just about every activity I get involved in. They are my favorite and this is the first show review I've ever written because I New Balance to (hopefully) see this: PLEASE, NEVER STOP MAKING THE MINIMUS!

Excellent shoe. New Balance, please do not change the design (other than very minor tweaks) because you have created a gem. I am on my second pair in 2 years. They do run small, I normally wear a 12 and I wear a 12.5-2E in these. I wear the 2E because I also wear toe spacers called Correct Toes with the shoes and they work well together. I love the narrow heel and wide forefoot, which is the shape of the natural foot. I do not run on the road with these often, but they make EXCELLENT trail shoes. On the trails, they feel like a true extension of my feet and I just glide in them. I also wear them at work sometimes and my feet do fine in them all day. If I'm being nitpicky, one thing I did notice, especially on the first pair, was a slight bump in the sole just in front of the heel. It has to do with how the shoe is constructed. In other words, the transition from the heel to the midfoot could be a little smoother. Another improvement would be to use stronger stitching on the rubber overlays because I notice the thread does begin to fray fairly quickly, although I've never had it unravel. I know the general trend in the sneaker industry is to make a new model almost every year, but this shoe needs to stay the way it is in my opinion. I love it! - Happy Customer :)

My hands down favorite shoe. I am on my 5th pair. I hope they never discontinue this design and just keep coming up with awesome new color patterns. My feet thank me for wearing minimus.

I've had a couple different pairs of minimalist shoes and these are by far my absolute favorite. These are my go-to sneakers most days that I want to wear over anything else. I have fairly narrow feet and am a 10.5/11 and I got these in an 11.5. I probably could have fit an 11 but I don't regret the slight extra toe room at all. Either way these run small. The Vibram soles on these are seriously fantastic, and I hear what some people are saying about the strap material across the toe area, but I haven't found it to be bothersome at all. I hope they never stop making theses, I'll definitely be buying more.

I am on my second pair of these bad boys, and can honestly say they are my favorite shoes EVER. Insanely comfortable, particularly if you're someone who likes the "barefoot" feel. I had my first pair for 4 years and ran god knows how many miles in them. I have worn other minimalist running shoes and these are by far the best. I wear a 14 in most shoes, but wear the 14 Wide (2E) in these and they fit perfect. New Balance, please do not ever stop making the Minimus 10v1 Trail!!!

In my opinion, this is the best running and hiking shoe ever. Light, flexible, low drop, but still some support. The fit is like a glove, at least for my feet. Please New Balance, never stop making this shoe.

Had same pair years back; hiked almost half way, very comfortably, through Texas; and they still lasted a while after. I will always give these shoes a 5 star rating! Maybe you guys should send me a free pair

Light comfortable and by far the best minimus shoes on the market. If you have tried them you are missing out. The lack of variety we have in Australia is disappointing,

They actually may run a tad small, but thinking they'll stretch out to be perfect and rip the seams.

I bought these shoes around 4 years ago and just needed to replace. I wear them every day to the gym and for running and when it was time to replace I had no hesitation with my decision to buy these again.

I run consistently off-road, in hilly, muddy trails. These shoes are light, have great traction and are water resistant through streams and puddles.

I love the tread pattern on this shoe. It definitely sheds pebbles. Due to the way the fit runs, it's best to buy it a store where you can try it on. I ordered 1/2 size above my normal NB size online and had to ship them back as they were still too tight.

These are great! They are very light and no bulk. Very comfortable for a minimalist running shoe. Would love to have more color options.

This is a great shoe. I've owned 5 pair of minimus (all the way back to the gray leather uppers, bring them back, please!) and really enjoy them. This particular shoe runs very small. I ordered up 1/2 size from my prior minimus shoe and had to return and bump again. But it's a great shoe. Love this tread arrangement because they don't capture pebbles.

My feet are fat and flat so when I find a shoe that fits as well as these i have to let everyone know. These shoes are durable, comfortable and perfect for circuit training/weightlifting. If you are a minimalist runner they are good for short run but wear quickly. They do run about a half size small in the wider size.

These shoes have enabled me to run injury free for the last six years. I didn't go through a break in period and did fine. Lower leg injuries that used to plague me have disappeared. They are also my favorite golf shoes! Please never discontinue them!

After having run in the discontinued Minimus Zeros for the last 6 years I'm thankful for this shoe. It's a little more shoe than the Zero's but has better traction which I like. Well made but does run a good half size small. These minimus shoes have been the best thing for my knees.
