The bag is fine as far as features and construction. My intent was to store it under the seat . I recently flew on Southwest and the bag could not fit AT ALL. I was so disappointed b/c I'm 72 yrs old and have arthritis in my hands. I find it difficult to put bags in overhead bins.

I love that the bag has four spinner wheels which is why I purchased this bag. I have not used it yet as I was looking for a four wheeled spinner to go under the seat. I am concerned that this bag will be too large and have to go in the overhead. I wish the third section zippers opened farther for easier access and packing. Otherwise this is a great bag with good features

I bought this two months ago for short worth trips and using for the office but I have abandoned it in my closet. It is a clunky size and design. The wheels don't roll well on carpet and it moves/turns sideways on long walks through the airport. The handle is NOT sturdy and twists a lot making the steering a bit wonky. The front 'office' pockets are not sized properly and I can't get my Elitebook laptop inside of I put my calendar and a few more related items in it. While the material is great, the cost of this underseat (which won't really fit due to its squareness) is prohibitive considering its design flaws. I love Baggallini and they redesign this product.

I bought this bag to replace an older style, which I absolutely loved and had worn out from many, many years of hard usage. The new bag has some good featureslike roominessbut the odd angle of the zipper makes it particularly difficult to zip. It takes so much work and manipulation to get this bag zipped! The pull up handle seems cheap and locks in place only when fully extended, which is too high for me. Plus the bag has a mind of its own and refuses to travel (move) in a straight line. I want so much to love this bag and get 12+ years of enjoyable use like my last bag. Please Baggallini make some much needed design upgrades.

Controlling the path of this bag down the concourse is difficult. The wheels won't line up for a straight roll and the bag moves left and right in a wobble as I push it. Maybe I still don't get the technique, but I mainly tipped it over onto two wheels.

The angle of the zipper on the main compartment is a little difficult to zip when the bag is packed and I would like the wheels better if they didn't protrude quite so much when putting it in the overhead bin

I prefer to roll bag forward with front or back facing me at my side and unfortunately the bag does not roll well this way. The pull handle when fully extended is flimsy. Love the size and various compartments and works great for a weekender.

It's a great bad but it doesn't fit under the seat or qualify

I had a lot of trouble four wheeling this bag through the airport. My other 4 wheeler is much better

Love Baggalini for travel. This would have been my 4th one, but the handle was very flimsy/shaky. Felt like it would break on a long airport run. I have had the style several times before, so it is not a style issue.

So, now that I needed a new carry-on, I did not hesitate in buying a Baggalinni. I just came back from a trip where I took my carry-on for the first time. What a dissapointed!!!! the bag is heavy, the main zipper is difficult to run, the handle does not stay in place but the wheels!!!! because they are out of the bag, they stumble everywhere and the bag cant be put in the bag compartment in the plane. What a pity!!!! Now I ask, what can I do? because I would not take this bag with me ever. It is totally inconvenient! Graciela

The bag is light weight, it's a nice size and has lots of compartments. The only drawback is the zipper on the main compartment is a bit difficult to zip up after it's packed due to the design and construction of the bag.

I have an older Bagallini with two wheels and it is perfect! Except that it is wearing out. Want to replace it, but refuse to get a 4 wheel tote! 4 Wheels are the worst invention on travel bags. The bag rolls away, hard on your shoulders and the wheels are always in the way.

I was really hoping this would work out. I am considering returning it although my husband destroyed the box. I love the bag but when I'm rolling it, it wobbles and isn't smooth rolling at all. Used it once. No more.

Receiving this new bag was quite a disappointment as it was a replacement for a Baggallini 4 wheel rolling tote I've had for about 3 or 4 years. The quality was not the same. The handle was not sturdy, the zipper is now nylon instead of metal. Granted, it is lighter weight which must have been the design objective, but I need something that can accommodate some overnight things plus my laptop and papers. My old one does that very well, and is so sturdy that I often carry two laptops and the required electronics to support it. So, I gave this new one to my daughter since her business requires less frequent travel and she carries a small laptop. Oh, and by the way, the laptop pocket doesn't accommodate my new 15" corporate laptop. I'll have to go look for a sturdier model to meet my needs.

I bought this bag about 2 months ago and have now traveled with it on four trips. As a frequent traveler with exchanges, I wanted to move away from my backpack because of the strain on my back when carrying my laptop. I saw this bag in the airport and I loved the color and features so I came home and quickly purchased one. While it's larger and doesn't fit under most seats, I loved that it has four wheels. That was a big selling feature for me over the 2-wheel bag. However, I've found with my bag that the wheels do not roll smoothly on the side. I thought it might be because of the weight of items in it and lack of balance but, after taking out my laptop, I still found that it wanted to roll at a diagonal rather than straight on it's side as I walk. This makes navigating through the airport much more annoying on my wrist and just plan wonky, with the bag often times hitting my heels because it doesn't roll straight next to me. I've also found that the curve of the bag makes it weird to zip up. I'm already seeing where I may have zipper issues based on the curve of the bag. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed because I was so excited for a 4-wheel bag that would fit more clothes and allow me to be more hands free but, I find that I have to work harder just to push the bag through the airport. Maybe it's just the unit I received, I'm not sure. But, I'll probably just go back to my backpack.

Love the 4 wheel option and weight - always looking for a lighter bag. BUT! This is too big to fit in some commuter overhead bins and under the seat. I don't want to check my laptop on a flight so this isn't a good option for flyers. I would recommend this for anyone else though.

Wheels do not track straight. Trips me trips other people walking in a crowd. Very dangerous! It's a constant fight to hold the bag rolling along side if you. It's a rolling bag that needs it to be carried. I want a refund.

I did finally get a refund from them after complaining (by the way, first negative review/complaint I've ever post).

It is impossible to wheel this product in a straight line, it wobbles in multiple directions. As other reviewers have said, it is not a convenient size, it doesn't fit in some overhead compartments. I used it once and asked for a refund, after going through multiple steps to meet Baggallini's request, my refund was denied. Now I see multiple complaints about the same issue. I should have researched more before purchasing but I trusted Baggallini after owning many of their products over many years. I'll never purchase from them again. And I've never written a negative review before.

The compartments and many sections were great, but the telescoping handle is flimsy and weak. The wheels did not function like spinners. I often got stuck maneuvering through the airport, and needed to turn the whole bag around and worried that the handle would snap. Very disappointed in this item. Not the typical quality of Baggallini products.

I received this bag as a gift in a set. The bags are beautiful but not functional. This "carry on" bag does not fit well in carry on compartments. It is a small bag and doesn't fit more than a weekends worth of clothing but due to its poorly designed dimensions I have had to have it checked on board because they could not close the carry on bins with it. What's the point of having a compact bag! These bags are expensive and not worth the hassle. Would not recommend to anyone.

I was so happy to find the perfect sized four wheel tote..I bought this bag because I've been using the crossbody for years. I enjoyed the quality and variety that is offered by this company. This bag was a disappointment, when I used it as my carry-on for a trip to Africa, I was already at the airport when I realized the wheels didn't roll very when full of clothes and equipment. Maybe they have corrected this problem, I bought it and saved it for my trip a year later so I was not able to return it in a timely fashion. I hope others do not have this problem. Disappointing

I bought this for a business trip and was disappointed. As I try to walk with the bag it kept on going to the right instead of going straight so I ended up " fighting" with it the whole time.
