These are terrible. Honestly. I can barely bear to wear them. They are smaller than the pair of size 9 Nike Air Huaraches my daughter foisted on me. When I can get them I wear a 9.5 D. To be on the safe side I ordered a 10 D. Well folks, it should have been a 10.5 E. Ridiculous.

New Balance sneakers run small. I purchased 2 pairs of NB, this one and NB classic. This shoe is whole size too small, the classic is half size too small. I wear 9.5 and ordered 10 in both pairs, the classic fit but these were too small so I will return and order a 10.5.Both are very comfortable as far as cushioning, they just run too short.

This shoe is comfortable to wear ALL DAY. I mean, running through airports, sitting on planes, shopping the day before Christmas—ALL DAY, ALL OCCASIONS. Fit my wide feet GREAT. Can’t recommend enough.

I like the styling but the shoe was more narrow and the heel hit the back of my foot and would have caused a blister. I sadly had to return the shoe.

Very nice shoes run small

I was hoping this sharp-looking shoe would be a decent replacement for my worn FF Zantev4 runners - which although reasonably comfortable were terrible on the road (I could feel stones as pebbles through the sole, and I am not even a princess). The Crag is meant for trail and does have a thicker sole. My foot measures a perfect 7.5C, and I ordered the 8 w. I have bilateral arthritis in my great metatarsal joint, so a roomy toe box is most comfortable. When I tried on the right shoe, my joint started aching as soon as I got the shoe laced up and tied. Pain increased upon weight bearing. I removed the shoe to double check the size/width and it was correct. I did not even try on the left shoe. They went back into the box and sent back the next day. I really wanted these to work, thinking they would be like the Zantev4 but built for the road/trail.

These are a cute style but so uncomfortable. Stiff. Narrow. No support. I keep trying New Balance and am always disappointed. Too bad. Back to Salomon or ASICS for trail runners.

Can’t give more information. I ordered a half size larger and a wide width because of the reviews. The order was delivered. I tried the first shoe on and immediately put both shoes back in the box and printed a return label. Wide is not merely a normal width but unusually narrow. Too bad!! I was excited for the shoes!

Shoe was too small so can not judge support..toes at end.

I ordered an 8.5US and my toe was touching --- need to order one size up. Toe box is not very wide.

I usually wear a size 7 (wide) in new balance shoes. These ran small, and especially narrow in the toe box area. I’m ordering the next size up to see if that helps. I did love the look of these on. They had decent arch support and a comfortable cushioned sole.

Although I loved this sneaker, I had to order a size larger, and a larger width. If you get the size right, it’s very comfortable

First of all, I LOVE all the Fresh Foam models and own several pairs. I loved the look of these online, even though I thought they might be a bit too "colorful"...but they are great looking. And they fit well...with the exception of a smaller toe box than my other Fresh Foams. They still work for me, but while I can wear my other FF for hours, this pair is fine for a short day, since the toe box is just a tad too tight. But awesome looking shoe.

These are super cushioned shoes. Not great for a run on trails but probably good for walking.

Due to other reivews I had read about how this "new" New Balance sizing was all much smaller and narrower than previous traditinal sizes...I ordered a size up (which felt half size too big) and I ordered normal width - which to me felt about right (I rarely have a problem with width as I can wear shoes a bit too wide with no problem but most normal widths fit me fine). Over all the shoe was great colors and a good price point. But the size feels off and the cush isn't so great that I am willing to live with it...these go back for now.

Thought they would be more comfortable. Just a basic sneaker. Love the color and fits good but not a cushion feel.

Runs small. Can feel seams on my toes which would be uncomfortable even if they weren’t too small

For a 9D they were small in both width and length.

The fit was too long and too narrow.

I have wide feet and have had success with New Balance in the past. I ordered wide and they came as narrow as a Nike style fit. Why offer wide when it's not a true wide?

I love my New Balance! They’re so light weight and comfortable. I wear them for work and to exercise. Great for both!

These are the best shoes! I am a New Balance fan, and these are my new favorites! The are extremely comfortable, and super cute! I wore them for the first time today, and immediately got back on Zappos and ordered 2 more pair! I will want backups for when these wear out! Highly recommend!
