I love this shoe! I wear leather/suede driving loafers 3 season/year; these go to the closet come winter's snow. I've been looking for a solidly built loafer that I can wear outside in the winter, not for deep snow, but for those times when I might hit an inch or less of show or slush. Well these Sabagos are perfect for that! They have thick pebbled leather and a sturdy outsole that I'm sure will work fine in these conditions. My husband has been wearing Sebago loafers for decades and loves them; so glad they have a version for woman! These loafers are classically styled; nothing fancy or particularly on trend, but I think they look great with a pair of ski style pants or with a woolen skirt and tights. As far as the sizing, they do run about half a size longer than I expected. I am a true size 8, and my foot slips right out of these. So back these go for a size 7 1/2. Can't wait to get them!

I liked the style of these loafers, but they are much too narrow for me. I have tried the Sebago brand in the past and had the same fit issue. I am sure these work well for a narrower foot, but ultimately this brand does not work for me.
