The heel cuts into my Achilles. I like my other Brooks shoe, but this one just doesn't seem to fit my foot.

Brook is a good shoe but the warehouse that handle orders don't know what they are doing because I order female shoes twice and they didn't have it in inventory some one needs to handle that inventory

Not my favorite from Brooks. The shoe comes in a bit heavy, with less stability than other models. After a slight rain, the shoe loses quite a lot of traction. The tongue folds inward after running for a while, and after putting on 100 miles, the heel still digs in. That said, the mesh is breathable, and the midsole holds up well.

I've been a big fan of Brooks shoes. They have always fit me snuggly and comfortably. But for some reason these are too narrow and a bit tight above the toes. I'm returning them.

I did not like the ankle, it is so different from the normal ankle. It rubbed and chafed my heal on a two mile brisk walk, I've never experienced that in 25 years of running. I returned them and am trying out the Ghost

The soles felt great, but it rubbed my Achilles raw (still wearing Band-Aids a week later). Need more padding around the ankle, especially the rear.

Had to return them. I usually run in Ghost 12 which are amazing. With the levitate it felt harder on the pavement and the sock style ankle offered no support. I have since ordered a new pair of Ghost 12.

I purchased these 1 day ago and walked a total of 1.2 miles. By the time I got home from the gym, my Achilles' were bleeding from rubbing. Aside from this issue, the shoes look great and are comfortable while standing. Not sure what to do about the rubbing because I don't like to wear higher socks.

My left arch hurt so much wearing these shoes. They fit extremely tight and offer no cushioning around the upper portion around the foot. I'll be sending these shoes back!

I tried the love tape for the first time...was a little disappointed. Felt heavier than I thought, stiffer and not as responsive. The back heel counter was a little bit too firm and rigid which produced blister after blister. I love Brooks so I will be I will be returning them and getting the Ghost instead.

I was so stoked when the 3's came out. I loved the 2's. I took them out for a run and the weight difference was great and they were pretty comfortable breaking in. Then a fold appeared on the tongue and I can't get it out. I tried everything. I use them in a pinch, but I just bought a pair of Ghosts instead.

Shoe feels fine. Around the ankle the shoe is designed with an elastic band, almost like a gaiter. Rubs the back of my ankles raw. Had to tape up every time to stop from sawing through my tendon.

I like the shoe fit and feel but after owning two pairs both ended up getting a large crack in the sole after a few months. I thought the first time might be a fluke so after getting a refund I decided to give it another shot, same crack in the same place. Disappointing

Disappointed. Very comfortable, cushion feel. Very nice snug sock-like fit. Love the look, I am a huge fan of the style. However, there is a design flaw. The very top of the back of the shoe is razor sharp and cuts into the achilles. I picked 2 pair of the previous release Levitate 2 on clearance ...and will use those until the 4’s are released later this year.

Brook's DNA AMP technology doesn't stand out in this shoe due to its overall weight. The upper material is very comfortable with no hot spots or blistering and a design that is functional in a casual or training environment. Nice toe box room and simple upper design. Rainy days made the rubber outsole very slick on concrete. Sprints, fartleks, or long slow runs left me questioning where the Levitate 3 served best. The overall appearance is leasing but I would highly recommend trying before buying to see if it's right for you.

Shoe is to wide in the front half and with the laces tied tightly the fabric bunches up. Ilas a result of the Poor fit I do not wear them much. They look great!

A real let down versus prior versions of the shoe. There is no freedom in the lower part of the tongue as it is just part of the overall fabric of the shoe. The result is an inverted speed bump that hits your foot. The heel of the shoe is the most rigid yet and digs into, and pulls at, your heel. I was really disappointed especially after having thought I found the perfect shoe with the prior version.

I bought a pair without trying them on and immediately regretted it after one 4-mile run. The lack of structure on that upper caused the back of the shoe to rub a nasty blister on my heel. I didn't really notice it until I was doing my cool-down walk back to the house, by which time it was unbearable. I literally had to take the shoes off and walk home in just my socks. The run was fine, but compared to what I was used to (I currently have the Nike Pegasus 36) these were heavy and clunky. Luckily they look pretty good, and my son wears the same size as me so he got himself a brand new pair of shoes.

Heel design causes blisters. Had to shave the heel to get them to work.

This shoe is substantially a larger size than the original Levitate model shoe. I don't like the soft sweater type of material around the heel area.

Shoes doesn't feel right. They caused my knees and back to hurt. I won't buy another pair or the levitate 3.

the new heal box is too tight on my achilles. from the side view you can see the aggressive inward kick of the top of the heal....i got blisters on the back of my heal where the top of the heal box dug into my achilles. Lasted one run and im sending them back....I would suggest a looser heal situation more like the levitate 2.

I didn't keep the show because it did not fit. It felt good around my ankle, but it did not fit my foot. I returned it, but as of yet have not received my credit. I did receive credit for the other pair that I returned. I ordered two pairs of shoes and neither fit. I will keep trying.

I was only able to use this shoe once. It gave me blisters on my heel. May work for other people but this design does not fit my style.
