Very poorly designed/structured boot. Zipper was broken (it doesn’t go down fully to the bottom).
First of all, without fully opening the side of the boot with the zipper, your feet won’t go into the boot as the boot structure is very narrow. Secondly, the quality of the zipper is very poor. It is not easy to open/close. And thirdly, even if you can fully open the side with the zipper, it is extremely difficult to slip your feet into it as there is no attachment (like a loop) to pull the boot up while you try to slip your feet in.
There are zippers on both sides of each boot, but one of them is just a decoration and not functional.

I love these boots. But I will say they missed the mark by not making the false zipper work. It would help getting the foot into the boot. The boots are difficult to put on but I love how comfortable they are so I make the sacrifice. I can wear them all day and my feet are happy. I have the same pair in Mink and love them too. The Mink cleaned up good with Dawn and water and a soft rag when I got three dark spots around the toe area. Another plus for the boots.
