The look of this shoe looks so classy but it's narrow. I had to return it.

I ordered a size of 13US (about 305mm insole). I really liked these sports shoes. Normal width - not narrow and not wide - medium. These sport shoes look very presentable. The quality of the seams and materials is simply excellent. I liked everything.

I am mostly a 10.5 in Nike sneakers and 11 in most dress shoes. I think it's because I have wide feet, not sure. Either way, I went a half size up on these and went with an 11 but was swimming in them. So I exchanged for a size 10 and they fit PERFECTLY! Zappos made returning super easy. There is no exchange option on the website so I called in. I waited no more than a minute, spent a few minutes on the phone with the Zappos representative, she setup exchanges for multiple orders, they shipped the replacements same-day, and just wanted the originals back within 14-days. Outstanding customer service and support!
