I bought these shoes for “inside shies” for my husband. I spoke to a Zappos Rep about my specific requirements - slip ons, memory foam insoles, soft exterior soles that wee quiet and didn’t make noise on hardwood floors. The recommendation was perfect and my husband loves them and I love the quiet.

I bought these for my husband because I got tired of him ruining his boat shoes. They were true to size. I bought his usual size 11 and they fit him well and he said they were very comfortable right out of the box. He is very happy with them. A great slip on for those quick "take the dog out" times.

Excellent shoes for working in an environment where moving fast and standing all day is a must. The fit is comfortable enough that your feet almost feel like they propel themselves!

This is the second pair of this model I've bought. The first pair, a year old, is still in great shape but I bought a second so I could alternate, letting one dry completely while I wear the other. (The materials do lead to somewhat sweaty feet despite the mesh upper.) I originally bought a pair of these for walking for exercise but living at the top of a hill, I found them to be problematic. With no laces to hold them in place, my feet slid forward on the downhill to the point of discomfort. However on the level they're very comfortable. My current job has me on my feet a lot on a hard surface (vinyl tile on concrete) and these shoes are great for that. I don't notice being on my feet all day and have lots of reserves when I get home to stand in the kitchen and cook elaborate dishes.

They do exactly what I expected--I need something to slip on when I go outdoors but just for a few minutes and don't want a lace-up shoe. But just to break them in I have walked more extensively, going shopping, etc. They are comfortable, my feet feel good after I've walked in them for a while. And they are the quietest shoes I have ever worn.

I have had 3 spinal surgeries and have persistent pain. I love to walk each morning for exercise, My Sketchers are fantastic at absorbing "shock" and actually make walking more comfortable for me.
