I bought these for my daughter for lacrosse. She is a size 7. I ordered a 7 and she couldn't even get her feet into the shoes. The fact that the they have no tongue and so no ability to spread out the sides had us both in hysterics in the car. Silly design quite frankly. I have never bought any New Balance shoes and probably never would try again.
