I really like the color and size of this bag. I love Kipling products. The problem for me is that this bag was missing the shoulder strap. I did not realize it until I had already left for an overseas trip. Is there any way to get the strap?

I really wanted to love this bag, and, in fact, I loved several things about it. The color was perfect. The size was pretty perfect too -- not too big, not too small. Sadly, even with multiple pockets to choose from, my iPhone plus wouldn't fit in any of them! That was the clincher for me. I returned the bag.
