Oh my gosh is this a beautiful shoe. I had a really hard time letting this one go, but for the price, I needed it to be perfect, and I felt pain in my heel within 5 minutes, and I really needed a shoe I could wear all day. (This could be my own issue as one leg is longer than the other.) This shoe would be perfect with jeans OR a skirt. To me, it was a gorgeous ballet flat with a heel. Even though the pitch is only 1", I did feel it more than I have with the Dansko Professional in the past (which also has a 1" pitch to the heel), and the arch support is not as good as with a Dansko. That also played a role in why I returned it. It was really hard to say goodbye to this one though. Sigh.

These are fabulous shoes and extrememly comfrtable. Howver, the Platinum Moon color, which I expected to be platinum silver, was a copper color, which doesn't go with anything I own. If they would less expensive I would have kept them anyway, but who needs a $300 pair of shoes they never wear?

These are fantastic shoes, extremely comfortable and a bit unusual, and could be worn dessy casual. Unfortunately, the Platinum Moon color is really copper rather than silver, which is not what I expected. As I have nothing to wear with copper, I am returning them - but Oh, I did think they were pretty special.

Love the style. Good fit except a little loose in the heel on my ultra narrow heels. A thin cork insole under the Mephisto insole helps somewhat. A nice change from my regular oxford style!

This shoe is very well made. However, they did not fit me well. The top of the shoe hit my toe and the heels were loose. This may be because I have slim heels. My husband said they were very ugly.
