I normally take a 7.5 W in New Balance sneakers and usually purchase a size 7 FitFlop flip flop. I also have a pair of FitFlop Rally sneakers that are a size 7.5. These ran unusally large, even for FitFlops and I wound up taking a 6.5 I could have even dropped to a 6 if I didn't plan to wear fairly thick socks with them. Other than the odd sizing, they are great! Super comfy. I can wear FitFlips of any kind all day and not feel the same fatigue and soreness I feel with regular sneakrs or flats. Great shoes.

These are adorable shoes but the sizing is off -- my regular size is too big -- a size smaller is too small.

I have an average to narrow width foot, and almost always wear a size 8, but the size 7 fit perfect. These are so light on your feet!

It's very cute sneakers, soft, and very comfortable. The insole does not provide much cushion but since I am able to use my own orthotics, it doesn't matter to me. The size runs unusually big, I had to return twice from my usual size to a half size smaller and then a full size smaller. Overall happy about it.

Great slip on sneaker! Got a compliment the first time I wore them to exercise class. Fit was perfect and very comfortable. Love all my FitFlops!

Love love love these sneakers! Fun pattern. Surprisingly, had to return my usual size 9 for an 81/2.

So light and comfortable, but the bottom of the shoe is very slippery. It needs more non-skid.

I'm a solid 6.5 always and got a size 5 because that's all that was available, was a good price, and others said they ran extremely large. The size 5 fit perfectly, but were not as comfortable as my other sneakers. Great shock absorption, but very little arch support for my higher arches. Definitely size down 1.5 sizes--- were decent... just not for me.

I wanted to love these shoes so much! They are perfect in every way but one, the bottom ball of the foot area is super slippery. I kept slipping around even on my wood floors in the house. Shame. Fitflop, if you change the bottom I would buy them and keep them!

I really liked the appearance and fit of this shoe. Unfortunately it didn't have the arch support that I have come to expect with the FitFlop brand. The insole is hard with little to no cushioning. As stated in other reviews, it also runs a half to full size larger. I ordered a full size smaller than I normally wear in athletic shoes. Also, it may be too wide if your foot is on the narrow side of medium.
