The sizing on these shoes is wildly inconsistent. I first ordered a size 10 1/2 (US) which felt slightly too large. I returned those and are-ordered a size 10. When those arrived they were enormous, at least 2 sizes larger than my foot and much larger than the 10 1/2s I received returned. I double-checked the box and the shoes to confirm the correct size was shipped and they were. Thankfully, the Zappos return policy is extremely convenient so I returned those to Whole Foods as directed. Ultimately I decided to buy the boots at a Blundstone retail location in order to try them on first. There I tried multiple size 10s and found the sizing to be all over the map before finding a pair that fit.

Could barely get my foot into the boot! So I cant really tell about comfort, appeared to have no arch support.

I was nervous to size down so much (per the size conversion chart) but the boots fit perfectly and are well made. Thanks Zappos for helping when I accidentally had these shipped to the wrong address!
