I have really messed up feet and I usually can’t walk very much with out severe pain. I walked miles in these on a vacation and was in much less pain. They have room to fit my insoles and also look super cute. I’m usually between a 7.5 and an 8. I got the 8 mainly to fit the insoles

These are cute, well constructed leather boots. The leather feels softer out of the box than the usual Kodiaks. You'll be disappointed if you were hoping for a bright red color. They almost don't look red at all. My husband actually thought they were brown, but it is a nice shade. They fit, but the width is a little roomy. I haven't had much luck with Kodiak and sizing lately, but these seem to be true to size. I like them so much that I'm going to put on a thicker pair of socks and walk on carpet for a bit to see how they feel.

The 8.5 is perfect for my 8.5/9 narrow foot. The leather is soft and with a little creative laceing the shoe adjusts to my high arch and slender ankle for a secure fit. I added an insole for comfort as this shoe has a thin rubber sole and no arch support.

Love love love the look of these! Ordered my usual size 7.5 and they seem wide and the heel on one shoe is rubbing the side of my heel badly. I’m afraid a day of walking will leave me with a blister. I have an inch left in the toe so will be trying a 7 and see if they feel better. I want them to fit! They’re adorable!

I have to say I love the look of these boots but they just felt tight from the start. I gave them some time to relax and stretch but unfortunately they just hurt in the width and on the heel.

I love these shoes. They are perfect for California ‘winters’. Lightweight and soft. But way too narrow and I don’t even have wide feet.
