They were deeply uncomfortable on my feet. The heel shape did not work and was incredibly stiff - I think the heel indent was a little high. They were a long for me but slightly to narrow in the toebox. (I have slightly wide feet and can't really tolerate any constriction in my toes. I've gotten too accustomed to Birks, really.) I think they could be the right shoe for someone, but not me. The pictures make them look softer and more slouchy, but maybe they would be more like that broken in.

I felt these looked too clunky. The material was very hard and dug into my ankles. Sent them back.

I wanted to love these boots. They are so cute and I have wanted dark red boots for years. They fit a bit narrow in foot and heel but actually fit my foot quite well as I have medium width and narrow footbed. I have a history of Plantar fasciitis in both feet and now I have heel spurs on my left foot. Crummy feet. I went on a shopping spree and ordered several pairs of boots and unfortunately these were the least comfortable on my feet. I do feel I could have broken them in with a little effort however and they would likely be great. However, I can’t keep all the boots so sadly these will go back.

Love love love these boots. Had to buy for a vacation to Italy in May 2020 so of course I had to buy them now :) I can tell already that they are going to last a very long time!

The fit is comfortable with exception of a narrow tongue which means the area the show meets the tongue has some very uncomfortable seams I will try again with taller thicker socks. Otherwise just what I wanted but actually this issue was disappointing

These are extremely comfortable and stylish. I highly recommend them to folks looking for a great looking pair of all weather durable and cool boots!

I like these boots a lot. Other reviews mention the seam at the heel and I immediately understood what they meant. It isn't a deal breaker for me. Most all of my socks make it pretty much unnoticeable. I did feel that the seam where the tongue connects to the boot is a little stiff. Since these are natural leather I feel confident that will soften with wear.

This is a great looking boot! The fit was pretty good too, EXCEPT for the seam across the back of the heel. This hits my heel too low, and is so stiff it felt like a wooden block. Very uncomfortable! Quality looks decent. I really wanted to like this boot, but no way.

These boots were miserably uncomfortable. The leather was hard and stiff and cut into my ankle before I took three steps in my living room. Returned!

Very cute. They have a seam that hits along the side of my heel. Regardless of thickness of socks, too uncomfortable to wear. Had to return them.

Narrow in the heel. Uncomfortable and stiff. Not cushy. Had to return due to discomfort. Wish I could keep because they look nice and stylish.
