Light weight and flexible my son has loved them so far at practice. We will see how they hold up for the season but so far best turf shoes I have purchased

The Mizuno high top (mid top), is an excellent turf shoe. I use them for softball. They are comfortable & durable. (I had this same style for several years before getting this new pair.)

Great shoes for turf fields. I use for softball. Very comfortable & the higher tops add support.

I've had 3 surgeries on my feet and continue to play baseball into my mid-30s. I recently switched to these turfs to try and keep the swelling down. So far I have only practiced in them, but they are comfortable, supportive and lightweight, wide enough to not pinch, and have more than enough grip moving around on the dirt, swinging a bat and running on the grass. My feet didn't swell afterwards, hopefully that remains the same once the season starts.
The only downside I've noticed so far is there isn't enough cushioning under the balls of my feet. I am removing the insoles and adding my own to see if it helps.
I normally wear a 14, bought a 14 and have plenty of room in the toe box and midsole. I can't decide if they are a 1/2 size too big or right on the money.
