I have a different take on this shoe compared to the reviews ahead of me. This is a work boot with a steel toe. You have to expect it to be heavier and stiffer than a casual shoe. That said, I think they are comfortable, not at all heavy, and I do not find there to be excess room in the toe box. These shoes are being used for heavy/extensive yard work. I live in a rural area and wear thick white socks to try and protect myself from ticks, fleas, mosquitoes and all the other wonderful creatures that want my blood out there. I also appreciate that they are a pull on boot for the same reason. No cracks or crevices for them to sneak in. Plus they are easy on with a pull of the tabs. If you are looking for a true work boot I think these are terrific. Give them a try.

Lots of room in the toe box. The insoles are not very soft but there is enough room to add your own. I work outside all year and needed something tough but also wanted some style. The ankle opening is narrow so it takes some effort to put them on, but there are pulls to help. I hope this part stretches a little.

To be honest, purchased for everyday use, they look bulky on, that took a little getting used too. They are roomy and comfortable, perfect for fall and winter, going just about anywhere in any kind of weather.

Good shoe. Steal toe makes toe box a bit uncomfortable if you have long toes. For me because I have long toes, there's not enough room in the toe box and since it's steak toe there's not any give in the toe box. Shoes great, but because of this issue for me by the end of the day one foot hurts a bit as it rubs my toes raw on each side. Ordering a half size up would have maybe fixed this issue.

I thought I’d try these, even though i really wanted Blundstones. These seem to be a nice lightweight and rugged boot. I love the fact that these are suede. after reading some reviews i ordered a half-size down (7 instead of 7.5) and that fit well. However, i decided to return the boots because they looked very big on me (skinny legs - looked like Frankenstein) because of the steel toe. too bad, because i think they’re a great boot. the blundstones have a lower profile boot that look better with thin legs.

I ordered 1/2 size down. It fit and is well made, but the front of the boot is very stiff and cut into my leg when walking. I returned them.

Love these boots! Water proof. Great for winter outdoors. I replaced my inserts however because I need arch support but plenty of room for the inserts.

There is a defect in the right boot. The foot bed is not in properly and it bunches up at the toes and us not comfortable

Love them. They were comfortable right out of the box. I wanted something practical, with good traction, for fall, winter, and spring walks on uneven terrain (woods and trails) but stylish enough to wear with a casual skirt/dress outfit. These fit the bill. I ordered wide because I like to wear handknit wool socks over tights in winter. There’s plenty of room - I could probably have been fine with medium width, but they’re really perfect as is. Very satisfied and am even thinking of getting a second pair in a different color.

Fits great, no break in time. I wear them to the grocery store and even when I run around to play with my dogs. Best safety shoes ever!!!

Great comfort and fit! Can’t believe it is a work boot!! Had to get a second pair when my daughter took them to college.

Got these on a fluk and so happy I did my other pair of steel toes were very heavy tho it was a good work out for my legs lol but I wanted something like weight and these were it, I wear a thick sock and I’m good. These are comfortable and so light weight, working, moving and lifting boxes is a breeze. Not to mention there kinda cute.Definitely recommend

The fit and size is ok. I took the insoles out of the shoes because they fit strange. My toes went off the edge of the padding. I put in my superfeet and they work fine now. I did get some blisters on my heel where it was rubbing on the boot shaft. These are not the most comfortable but I got them because they did not have all the padding inside. With padding on the inside of the shoes I wear through them in about three weeks of working at Amazon walking 10-17 miles per day.

I got these and the black ones (not aluminum toe) to use as yard work boots. They both have good room in the toe box, like a foot shape shoe. No arch support. Otherwise very comfy. I decided to keep the black ones instead because the black ones had a much smaller ankle opening. This one was too large for me.

Normally wear an 8.5 but they were huge so I returned them. Both the 7.5 and 8 fit and felt comfortable but I ended up keeping the 8. Will probably put an insert in for better arch support. Overall a good utility boot.

I got these and the dark brown Dr. Marten Work Hardie to compare. I've never owned a pair of keens but have several DM's. I think because of the aluminum toe these were a bit "Frankensteinish" according to the 17 year old in the house. They seem stiff and not so comfortable but the DM's I took out of the box and wore for several hours right away. I don't really need the toe protection. I will look at other Keen's but these are being returned.

Just too much sole. Felt heavy on my foot. Otherwise a great shoe.

I spent 3 hours in these and could barely walk after I took them off. They're stiff and HARD. Not at all what I was expecting from Keen. Back they go.

The toe was wider that what I would have liked. Additionally, the boot kept rubbing against the back of my leg and was painful. I even wore tall socks and it did not help
