This fit the bill for a wedding being held in an Art Deco style venue. It’s surprisingly heavy on the hanger but doesn’t feel heavy to wear.

Beaded dresses are a bit heavy, so you have to take that into account. And you lose a few sequins here and there. But the real issue with this dress is that the waist is too straight on the sides. You can see it on the model if you know to look for it. The weight of the dress drags your breasts down, and then the lack of a waistline on top of that makes it look frumpy. I don't care how apple-shaped you are, this waist is going to be too loose on you. And if you want your breasts to look good, you'll need to wear a very supportive bra.

I love the color and I love the beaded embellishment, but the cut was weird for me. The size 4 was too snug and the size 6, though it fit it kind of hung on me. Also it--and the other Adrianna Papell beaded dresses-- are fragile. Beads and sequins were falling off before I even got it on. I suspect that a ride in a car and being seated at a wedding would damage it.
