The size 10 shoe (my usual size) was long on me, plus the sides were cut too high, so with each step my heel slipped up and down and the top of the sides of the shoes pushed up against and chafed the bottom of my ankle bones. Too bad, because the foot bed was nicely cushioned, the upper material was good, and the adjustable velcro strap worked well on my foot. The back half just didn't work for my feet, so I am returning them. That's why I love Zappo's free return shipping - if the shoe doesn't work for you, just pack it up and drop it off at your local UPS store!

Way too big and roomy for a thin foot. Picture is misleading. Returned next day. It would accommodate a full foot and an insert. Thanks to Zappos for their liberal return policy, which I never abuse because I know immediately if it will fit, and if not then I print return label and drop off at UPS same day or next. It’s nice to have the refund happen shortly after it is scanned by UPS. Excellent!!!

I love the style, look and weight of the shoe. After trying them on and walking in them to see how they fit I was displeased. They rubbed and cut at the bottom outside of each ankle bone. I cannot and did not wear the shoes due to this problem, and hopefully can return them even though I did wear them for a very brief period of time to see and feel how they fit. I have a picture of both ankles with the healing scab after two weeks. I will submit the pictures to you by mail if you so request. I bought the shoes to take to Florida but disappointed not to be able to take them on vacation. Please respond to let me know if you need the pictures and if I can return the shoes for a full refund. Thank you.

I have high arches. The straps on these shoes are a good inch too short, making it impossible to wear.
