Customer Reviews Sperry Seaport Shackle Leather Boot

Loved everything about this boot but as a prior review noted, the width is more narrow than a normal sized medium width. Had to return and go up a half size since this boot doesn't come in different widths. With socks, it should fit fine at the toe.

I got these in the dark brown. I ordered a half size larger after seeing the reviews about them being narrow (I wear 7.5, bought these in 8). They are definitely narrower than they need to be. I usually wear barefoot/minimalist shoes, so my feet are a bit wide, but they aren't excessively so. But I like having boots for winter that aren't super casual (hard to find in barefoot brands), and these are real leather and high quality. They are super cute. They are a bit loud walking and the leather is stiff. One foot is being squeezed a bit, but not enough that I won't wear them. Hopefully they break in.
