I ordered these wide calf boot in sized 12 and took a chance even though Naturalizer did not provide an calf circumference measurement. I measured it my self at 18.5 inches. WOW. That is extremely wide. I thought they should have labeled these boot "double wide". The leather looks and feels thin and cheap and feels waxy. the zipper on the right boot that I tried on has two spots where it was difficult to pull it through because they were stitched improperly. There was no arch at all and the bottom of the boot is very thin with some lumps in the material.It's a horrible boot and I do not recommend it.

I love the look of these boots, but holy moly the calf is super wide! I could carry my groceries home in the extra room in there. I don't really need a wider calf, I just need a wide footbed, but it seems close to impossible to find a knee-high boot with a wide footbed that doesn't also have a wide calf. I have bunions so I just need a little extra wiggle room for my toes. I thought I read somewhere in these reviews that the straps at the top of the boot would allow you to adjust the circumference, but, no, those straps are just decorative. But if you have wide calves, you are in luck! These boots are super cute.

I ordered the regular calf width boot first, and the calf was way too small for my 15" calves--it looks like there is some elastic for ease, but it's not in the place that I needed it. So I exchanged the regular calf boots for these wide calf boots. The wide calf is so wide that I could fit a newborn puppy in the top of each boot. They look ridiculous on me. Unfortunately they have to go back, because they look too floppy around the top, and I feel like a clown. Apparently Naturalizer made these boots for two kinds of people: those with Kate Moss calves, or those with body builder calves.

I love these boots. I live in the city and walk about two miles to work every morning. I’ll often wear sneakers, but it’s always nice to have a business appropriate pair of shoes that can mange two miles on the pavement. These feel like a dream! They fit my 9 wide foot like they were custom made for me. The wide calf is roomier than most, but they work for me. (It would be nice if more boots were a bit adjustable, Everyone’s different— including my own calf from season to season) I live these so much, I bought two.

These look better in person than in the photos. They're immensely comfortable -- even for a gal with long legs, wide calves, & high arches -- & look great with skirts. My only quibble is that the upper decorative straps are sewn juuuuust too close to the zipper that it catches on them and I'm afraid will get damaged, so I'm being extra-careful with them. Overall, I'm glad I bought them!

The boots were nice and I wish I could have kept them. I ordered the wide calf because I have thicker lower legs and there would have been plenty of room, maybe even too much around the upper calve area. The problem is the lower shaft of the boot right above the buckle detail. There is no consideration taken in this area for extra room which makes no sense. I don’t have huge ankles but definitely on the thicker side. I guess the foot area was area was average size and fit fine. But there was no way they would zip with a pair of jeans on. Disappointing.

Really pretty boot. I ordered the dark brown color. The calf fit well - just a little room without being baggy. My calves are about 16". Unfortunately, I have wide feet and the c-wide width was quite tight. I will order a wider width if available.

The WW is not very wide, and is uncomfortable. It is hard to pull the zipper up due to the leather design near the ankle.

I have found these boots to be very comfortable and stylish. I wore them the first day for over 10 hours without any discomfort. The width of the shaft is true to reported size. My calf size is wide and I am able to wear these boots comfortably over my jeans. Based on other reviews I was concerned that these would not fit but I am so happy I took a chance and purchased these. I will be keeping them and wearing them happily!

Boots are beautiful, however, I have a very high instep on right foot and this boot was just too tight across it.

Very comfortable boots-- Fit is very good (I have very athletic calves), and they looked great. Wore them all day with lots of standing involved. Probably some of the most comfortable boots I have owned. Well made too. Definitely worth it.

These looked great on line, a bit more than I had hoped to spend Width was not extra wide, narrow in ankle area, extra wide calf was what I needed. I would recommend ordering a 1/2 size larger

It is really hard for me to find shoes that fit me width wise. I typically wear a 6 1/2 W and sometimes double wide, but these boots didn't even feel Wide at all.

I tried the EE width and it felt more like a D. My foot fit into it, but it wasn't roomy. Naturalizer definitely overestimates its foot widths. The shaft width was good, i measure around 15.75 in. Otherwise I have to return because the shaft was just slightly too tall for me (I'm 5 ft) and the edge hit in an uncomfortable place when sitting. Leather quality is so-so.

The wide calf was a good fit. My size 8 boot has about a 16 1/4 inch calf circumference. However, there is no arch support or cushioning in the sole of the boot. I did manage to get some VERY thin insert in the boot and that makes it more comfortable.

I have never run into this issue with a boot or any shoe before. The zipper wouldn't even go over my lower ankle area as the boot was too narrow at that juncture. It appears the calf portion would have fit fine, but I'll never know since it didn't fit in the ankle. It's a beautiful boot, nice leather and great packaging. So disappointing.

I love these Boots!, People ask all the time were I got them, what's the ne of them , how much do the cost . I have 2 pair I love bother of them.

I really like these boots! I ordered the wide calf version because I wasn't sure. My calves measure 15 in. and these boots fit well. I even have a little extra room, but not enough to make them look awkward. They look great over skinny jeans and leggings. I wore them around the house all afternoon with socks and they were totally comfortable.

My calf is 18 inches and this barely fit around it. Tight on my slightly wide feet too. Boot seems high quality and beautiful. Bumping up half a size and hoping for a little extra room.

These boots are good, basic black boots. They are a good height on my short legs and don't dig in to the back of my knee. They are a comfortably snug fit with knit trouser socks and easily zipped up around both my calf and thin leggings. I haven't worn them with thicker leggings, but anticipate no problems based on the fit. My only complaint is that there is no cushion on the sole, making them feel somewhat stiff under my foot. I know I will get plenty of wear with these!

Size 6 1/2 wide calf. Great fit. Snug on calves at first zip, but then leather loosened up and the fit it great. Great quality.

These are awesome. Perfect wide calf fit! Out of the 3 pairs I ordered. These were the keepers. Nice color & pretty comfy too.

I thought it fit exactly like my other Naturalizer boot. The with of the calf is a bit bigger than my others, but it allows me to put my slacks inside the boot without feeling crowded or cutting off circulation in the legs. I like the styling and the flat heel is just right for an older adult, who does not like to wear heels anymore.

I love these boots. They fit great and look very nice as well. I have two pair. The only thing that could make them better is arch support. It is difficult to find boots with arch support.
