Normally I wear an 9 medium. I ordered a 9 wide because of the zip top and it ZIPPED MY SKIN!!!!! It is ridiculous to say, but even with low cut socks, the zipper actually zipped my skin SMH. so painful, and I had to UNZIP. I will say, the zipper does glide, but it seems like a flaw in the design. Would never recommend this for anyone. Going right back. Thanks for being fabulous Zappos! Easy spirit - shape up!

Fits great, very comfortable, BUT after a short time, the suede toe is "scuffed" and no amount of brushing or cleaning makes it look good! They look old and worn!

The zipper on one of the shoes is very sticky and very difficult to slide. Had an earlier version of this shoe, wore it for 3-4 years until they finally wore out but the zippers never stuck like this shoe does. Not very happy about that.

I had a pair of these in 9W that I purchased a few years ago and they needed replacement. I wanted to go up 1/2 size. The 9 1/2W were long enough but narrower than my previous pair. I then ordered a 9 1/2WW. These were wide enough but the zipper is hard to work and goes up about an inch further on the instep. They too are going back. These are made in China and appear to have consistency issues. If you hit the right size, they are a great shoe. If not, plan to do exchanging.

These fit my narrow feet and still have a roomy toe area. Even my heels, which normally slip quite a bit, fit acceptably well. I would prefer a bit more arch support but these are OK and will work very well for me. I wouldn't wear them for long walks but they are great for casual use.

I love these shoes. This is the third pair of this style that I have bought. The first two were bought several years ago.

I have been looking to find a Skechers shoe to replace a pair. I've had some difficulty in finding those shoes. I thought I hit the jackpot with these from Easy Spirit -- cute, and they fit! Except.....the zipper --- the zipper doesn't work; it keeps getting caught, or doesn't move. I had read other reviews on this shoe with the same complaint, but I really thought it might just be a bad run or just a couple of shoes. Apparently that's not the case as these shoes also had the same problem - especially on the left shoe. The right shoe was fine, but the left shoe zipper was difficult at best and non-working at worst. Back they go. And my search for shoes continues!

On the surface, it seems like a nice design. And once I was able to get into them, they fit well. The problem is my arch. I cannot fight with the zipper every time I need to put them on. It's a nylon zipper that works fine when the foot isn't in the shoe, but I really had to struggle to zip it closed once my foot was in them. I think my arch might be too high for this shoe. I am sadly returning them.

Love the shoe, size is good -- HOWEVER, the zippers are impossible! I don't know if they're defective or will loosen up with time; I had to use pliers to unzip for trying on. Unfortunately, I had to return them.

I loved the look of these shoes the moment I opened the box and put them on my feet. They are comfortable as far as how they feel just wearing them. The color is perfect--more of a taupe gray than just gray and what I think of as a modern neutral. I think the shoes could be worn in a semi business casual setting. The width and length were just right. The problem I ran into is not the 'fault' of the shoe, but simply how my feet are shaped. I have a very high instep and this made the zip-up feature of the shoe not work for me, as I was only able to zip them halfway. Having a zipper versus laces is the main reason I wanted to try these shoes, and I did not have any problems with the zipper when they were off of my feet. Unfortunately I will have to return them but will keep searching for a pair of zip-up shoes in hopes that I can find one that does work.

Not quite enough width in toe box for me and felt tight on the top of my foot.

Interesting alternative to a slip on. I usually have to wear tie up shoes. Unfortunately the toe box runs narrow and my toes felt squished. I was able to get my custom orthotics into these shoes.

The shoe felt very comfortable, with plenty room in the toe box. However, one of the zippers on top of the shoe was not functioning well and kept getting stuck. I will have to return it.

This shoe was the right length, but seemed to gap a bit on the sides of top near arch (even with orthotic inserted), and zipper was difficult.

the size was good. however, i am returning them due to the fact that the color gray was more like brown.

I had a pair of these shoes from a few years ago that I enjoyed. I wanted to replace them with a new pair 1/2 size larger. Unfortunately the construction in China proved to be inconsistent. I wear a wide shoe but the larger size was actually narrower than my previous pair. I then ordered an extra wide which was about an inch longer though marked with the correct size. The third pair I ordered which might have worked had a longer zipper which was tight on my instep. If you get the right fit, this is a nice comfortable shoe. But 3 ill-fitting pairs all constructed improperly is very disappointing.

These shoes seemed very large.

These shoes were a disappointment. I'm a 7 Wide and they were way too loose in the heel even with socks. I bought the gray. They are a dull, brown-gray. I'm sending them back.

Have been wearing these for years, but now they run soooo much bigger than before. I used to wear a 9; now the 8 1/2 is even too big!

Loved the shoe but my arthritic fingers had trouble with the zipper

Nice shoes but I needed a bit wider otherwise I would of kept them. People need wide shoes!

I liked this shoes but for me I needed a little bit wider.

Zippers worked fine. Nice shoe but a little too big. A little too tall around the ankles. Otherwise fine.
