These seem like wonderful winter boots, very light and flexible and comfortable. I didn't end up keeping them because my son is in a winter forest school outside for 5 hours and they seemed a little too thin/not warm enough for that situation. Also, I would have liked them to be just a bit taller to keep the snow and wet out more. Otherwise, if you're looking for a winter boot that isn't so bulky and with a flexible sole and roomy toe box, this is a great option.

For both of my girls, we had to order the boots in 2 sizes above the size they currently wear. We originally ordered them one size larger and needed to return them, my only reason for 4 star review.

These were very nice boots but almost impossible to get on a toddler's (21 months old) foot due to the rigid shaft on the boot. I had already ordered them in a size 9 (his shoe size is 8.5), but half-sizes were not an option, so I knew they were not too small. His foot just couldn't navigate the tight corners of the shaft. PROS: lightweight, looked like they would keep out snow, seemed as if they would be warm, seemed well-constructed. CONS: shaft too tight, the sole had a heel which is completely unnecessary for children and bad for their posture, the boot was quite bulky on the foot, expensive.

These boots are great! I was looking specifically for light weight boots that would also do the job of staying dry and warm. I loved the toddler bogs boots for that reason and was so sad when my kids outgrew them. I despise heavy snow boots that strain kids knees and wear them out by walking, so I was so excited to find this new style. My son spent days in the snow without even complaining of cold, and has even taken to wearing them on clear days because he loves them so much. These are a WIN!!

Perfect! Wish they made this in Women's size! My 7 year old is more fashionable than me now.
