I bought as a present and it is better than it looked in the pictures.

Great jacket. Bought it for my sister to replace her last one that's she's had for 5+ years. I have a similar ski style coat and I love that these are light weight but super warm! The fact you can pull apart the layers is always a plus!

I bought an earlier version of this product 10 years ago and it lasted until now. I absolutly USED it. I played in the snow with my children in it, walked through Halloween trick or treat with it, and did errands wearing this jacket. I really could have kept it but just felt I needed a new color.

I use the shell for biking in the Fall, and the whole jacket in the midwest winter. Durable, waterproof, warm!

Beautiful. However made for thin people. I usually wear a small. Ordered a small and it wore right in the chest but thigh on the hips.

I ended up purchasing this style from another site; nice thick jacket for cold days. Love the triclimate jackets, especially this one. I would recommend this jacket, if it would actually ship.

This jacket is true to size. The quality is great and the fabric is water and wind proof. Great for skiing or snowboarding. He additional jacket inside is a great addition that can be worn on its own.

I really like this jacket, nice grey heather color, lightweight, soft material, and keeps me warm! It does have a few cons though- like many others have mentioned, the fit is a bit odd. I am usually an extra small in jackets/shirts but for this one I had to get a small because the bottom part of the jacket is very narrow. And the sleeves are really long which covers almost my entire hand if not cinched at wrist. The material, although very soft and wind/water resistant, for some reason it piles very easily - I've only worn it twice but the inside of the elbow is already heavily piled. Given how expensive it is I expect the material to be less delicate. Overall it is a great jacket for snow sports and I'm happy with my purchase when I wear it to skiing - even though there are things that I hope could be better with this jacket.

Love the fit and feel of this jacket. Very warm yet not too bulky. Only downfall is the length of the sleeves and pockets. I will there was gator for added length to protect my wrists better. Also, the pockets on the shell are not at the usual angle making it uncomfortable for casual use.

I bought this jacket in discount (great one btw) and to be honest I never expected that I was going to love this jacket. Even though if the jacket would not be in discount I will still recommed it and buy it. I love the fact that it has a lot of pockets and the water proof system works out amazingly. The only con I would give this jacket is that it doesnt have wrist gaiters and sometimes you could get some snow inside your jacket.

I have the yellow coat with the black insert jacket. I love them both, and will wear just the inner jacket when it is a bit warmer out. I live in Wisconsin and it keeps me really warm in the cold winter! I had to put covers over the velcro so they didn't pill up my sleeves when they rub!

Just purchased this jacket for skiing - haven't used it yet, but looking forward to wearing it in a few weeks. I love the bright vibrant color and the fit is good. It is a little snug but I'm hoping it won't restrict movement too much and that I won't need a heavy layer underneath it. The sleeves are also a little long which is surprising since I almost always have the opposite issue. Overall I love the jacket and I'm excited to wear it out on the slopes!

I've been wearing this jacket this 2020-21 season to ski in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah. Overall, it's a nice jacket-warm, sheds water well, good barrier against the wind. The cut/fit isn't my favorite though. It hangs to my mid hip and sometimes bunches up when I need to bend over requiring me to pull it back down. Not a fan of the Velcro on the front zipper closure. Seems cheap and snags my balaclava. Doesn't always stay closed. Don't understand why snaps weren't used. It has a nice size hood that can fit over a helmet when the wind is really bad. It does the job of keeping me warm. Don't think I would purchase this style again.

Bought this coat to replace my current north face winter coat. I am return it because the fit is a fitted fit and too long. I like all of the pockets the coat has but the fit is for someone a little taller and skinnier. I bought a medium, I am 5'1". I found a different style at my local north face store that was standard fit I was looking for but with out as many pockets.

Just opened it and tried on. Went to unzip the inside coat and couldn't due to bad zipper.
