The ankle strap is too flimsy. It doesn’t hold and it is way too long. The strap needs to be shorter and it needs to be of a sturdier material.

I wanted to like these more because I love an ankle strap but it was kind of just a heavy thunk on the bottom of my foot. Unfortunately having skinny legs doesn't make this shoe look better either.

Very cute shoe, but seems to run a half size small. I normally wear 7.5, will have to return for 8.

These sandals run true to size, and are beautiful. However, walking with them was like wearing thick planks on your feet. The platforms don't bend, and because of the way the shoe is designed, they pull on the ankle straps with each step. Definitely returning them.

Loved the look of shoe. really the only problem I have with the ankle straps. Unless you have them REALLY tight on your ankles, straps fall onto heel. Very annoying.

Super cute shoe, but I couldn't get the straps to comfortably hold my foot in; my heel kept raising and it made a flip flop "slapping" sound as I walked; which was professional for the office.

Weird fit. You have to have wide & narrow feet for these. Makes no sense. I ordered a 7.5 and felt true to size length-wise. But the strap that goes over the toes is too wide/big. I have slender feet so its loose. I kept the shoes because I love the style, but it will take some getting used to. If you have wide toes, than these may be a perfect fit.
