I am normally a 10.5. I ordered a 10.5. they were too big. felt like flip flops. I sent back and reordered a 10. the size 10 felt just right. they seem to run a half sixe too big

These are a very nice loafer. Ordered a half size smaller from my usual size and they fit well, length and width.

These shoes are sharp! I ordered them for my husband in three different sizes as I read reviews with differing opinions on the sizing. He is usually a 10.5, but he felt the size 10 was the best fit, so this shoe runs a half size large. The style leather is a rich color (Bruciato ) and of quality. I purchased them for office wear, but they will also look great with a pair of jeans. The shoes arrived quickly and he couldn't be happier with my choice. Bought these last fall and have since worn them a good 200 hours or so. Materials and construction quality are excellent and what one would expect in a shoe that cost this much. I followed the advice of other reviewers and ordered a half size down, and their advice was spot on; I normally wear a 9 1/2, and the 9 is the right size in this shoe. So, why the 3 star in comfort and overall... My left foot is a perfect 9 1/2D, my right foot is slightly wider through the instep. In other shoes this simply necessitated a break-in period and maybe some time on a stretcher. The right shoe has had over 200 hours of break-in, and its been on a stretcher whenever it's not on my foot, and it hasn't stretched a millimeter, and the pair are nearly as stiff now as when they first came out of the box. Love the style and quality, but for whatever reason these things just hate my feet - the right one especially. Exploring my options for a prorated return with Zappos.
