I really wanted these shoes to work for me but they were just weird. I wear a custom insole for my plantar fasciitis and usually find Ecco to be a great brand because they are comfortable and provided removable insoles. However when the insole is removed on these sneakers then there is no cushion between your foot and the ground. It appears that the sole is about a 1inch platform but it’s actually not, half of that is from the insole. The insole is heavily cushioned but offers no arch support. It’s too thick to wear an insole over. Also they seem cheap, the zipper sticks and the material isn’t quality which is crazy because they are pretty the expensive.

Love these shoes. They run big. I usually wear a size 7. I bought the 6-6.5. They are still big. I am now trying the 5-5..5

These are very cute. But they do run a bit more than a whole size large.

I bought one size smaller based on reviews. However, I found that one size smaller is way too tight. Length would be ok, but the shoe runs very narrow and it would be impossible to change insoles or wear thin socks with it. A bit disappointed as well that I got a pair in an unmarked box instead of the usual branded item--although it said the box had been damaged in transit, none of the other elements that usually come with it were there either (branded tissue, paper/carton inserts). Finally, not sure what is going on with Ecco these days, but this is the second pair of shoes from them that I find has a seam inside that rubs against my foot. Never had this issue with their shoes in the past--most newer items also seem to be very narrow (and I have narrow feet to begin with!). Will try my true size as the shoes look cool.

I was sorry to return them because they were about a full size too large and on the wide side. Bummer.

The shoe i ordered does not have a zipper. You will see when i return the shoe that there is a ZIPPER. No zipper in the picture

Unfortunately these do not come in 1/2 sizes. For that reason after trying on a size 9 and a size 10, it was obvious I needed a 9 1/2 - which is my normal size. Totally BUMMED these did not work out, they are super cute on and really comfortable right out of the box. I own other ECCO shoes and like the brand.

I bought a full size smaller based on reviews, but it wasn't large enough. I'd say these run a half size large, not a full size, especially if you plan to wear socks that are anything other than paper-thin.
