Very high-end and stylish looking. The new frame-lock works fine as long as nothing is sticking out or the locks won't lock. We used it one time for a trip where we checked it at the airport. I was a bit disappointed to see how many scratches it showed when we picked it up from the baggage area. It no longer looks "new". Also, I wish it had ANY outside-type pockets. I will say that it is very lightweight and the wheels work beautifully on all surfaces.

Customer service need to respond more promptly. One for 4 suitcases was bent from top. Trying to return/swap for another one. Need to hear back from the customer service. Over all great value. Would buy again if they would swap the damaged price. I will review this & may add another star, once the customer service responds.

I'm a little disappointed as it's very heavy and there is no accordion pleat. But it is nice looking and it seems quite solid... I'll see using it

When I received it the suitcase almost looked like it had been a returned item and then resold. None of the interior zippers or straps were done. The wheels looked used and I received no cover. At least the lock was still set at 0000. I thought I purchased this straight from samsonite but I'm not sure.

I've owned several pieces of Samsonite luggage and this is the first one that Broke the very first time I used it! I was very sad to see this happen. As soon as I got back from my trip I went to the Samsonite luggage store and turned it in for repair. Size wise, it's decent. One side has more space than the other but it works.

With my initial use had difficulty opening and closing the tabs. I did not use the coded lock. The tabs do not want to stay closed. Contacted customer service and have to work with service department now.

This set is spacious & light weight. I love the locking mechanism. I purchased this to travel down to see my fiance in Alabama who works for DoD, I currently live in Massachusetts so it's a short trip. After only these 2 short flights the luggage is completely scratched from top to bottom on all the corners. When I called customer service about my concern and all this money I spent they said " it's not our problem and there is nothing we can do". I travel all over the country due to my fiances job & never had a problem like this. I only wanted to exchange this set for another and stay with Samsonite but after I was treated like this was my fault I am definitely looking elsewhere for another set. Truly a disappointment. They shouldn't make a product that damages so easily then blame it on the customer!! I am in the managing field and would NEVER treat one of my customers like this, disgusting.

Very heavy luggage, but that would be ok, if the quality were there. However, on its first trip, the first time baggage handlers got their mitts on it, the extension handle stopped working. At 6'5", I can't roll it along with the handle down. So, here I am with a rope tied to my brand-new luggage, wrangling through airports as it spins, falls over, and causes general mayhem. After purchasing a Samsonite backpack that fell apart after two trips, I should have known better. I do now.

Very poor quality. Flimsy, in fact. No key and no mention of no key on web site. Sent comment via web site promising a reply within 24 hours. After 7 days without a reply, I telephoned. Customer rep took offense to my complaint of poor quality. When I asked to send back, I learned it was no less than $40.00 to return. I traveled (for work) constantly for over 10 years. I owned Samsonite hardside luggage during that time and loved it. A recent basement flood destroyed that luggage. Silly me expected the quality to be the same. This was an expensive lesson. I will not make this mistake again.
