Fit and size are almost perfect for my foot which is wide through the metatarsal area and narrow at the heel. It could be 1/8 inch wider at the widest part, but I'll adjust. Love the platinum color and style. Absolutely beautiful.

Very attractive shoe but the thong in the middle of the toe was so painful and stiff. I'll be returning.

Love the style...very cute on .Unfortunately the leather thong was very stiff and seemed to pull in such a way between my toes that it was very uncomfortable. I have other thong styles that don't hurt. So maybe it's just my foot? At this price point I did not want to keep trying to break them in, risking not being able to return.

This was a nice sandal but I wear a woman’s size 12 and EU size 42 is not USA size 12. The 42 was closer to USA 11.5. Sadly I had to return.

I love these shoes, they feel like walking on clouds. They are cute, not clunky. I was a little worried the thong might cause blisters but no issues at all. these are much better than Birkenstocks -- no two week torture period while you wait for the shoe to mold to your feet.

I loved the style of the Natalia but they were more narrow than I expected. I hoped the coral wood be brighter. I would try this style again but order a wide.

The sandal's sole has an 1/8" frame around your foot. It does not make it stylish. I felt like I was definitely wearing orthopedic shoes. The footbed itself is comfortable with the sueded face but the straps need to be worn in. I wore them for two days and the top of my foot where the straps came to a V, were very sore. Disappointed, I had to return them.

The shoe fit perfectly and the sole is so comfy. Unfortunately, the top of the shoe, where the V is, cut into my feet so badly they were bleeding and I now have scars from them. I never had this from other Mephistos.

This shoes is a perfect fit for me. I wear size 7 and the 37 is perfect.

I was wary of trying these sandals since some reviewers complained about the toe strap irritating their toes. I'm so glad I went ahead and took a chance. These sandals fit perfectly and were totally comfortable right off the bat.That strap is soft! I love them! I got the aqua color and they're bright and cheerful. I took down a star for style cause, well, you and see what they are. I chose for comfort rather than to look chic. In this hot weather, I appreciate a pair of sandals I can easily kick on and off at will, and the Natalinas are easy on my feet and cool-as in temperature- to wear. i have a neuroma under my toes, and the Mephisto shoe is constructed so that I can wear for hours at a time. I bought a size 8 and while they are a tad wide, I know I can create another hole in the adjustable buckle strap when they loosen up in time. The pop of color, comfort, softness of the leather, and sale price make these a win! Another Zappos victory.

This Mephisto fits true to size. I wear a 7 and the 37 is perfect

This is a beautiful sandal, but I had trouble deciding on the size.Usually, I wear a 38 in Mephisto and have several pairs of their sandals, including the gorgeous and extremely comfortable Nalia in a size 38. At first, the size 38 in Natalina seemed shorter, so I also ordered it in a 39. After comparing, the 39 seems to leave extra space at the heel, so am keeping the 38. It feels as though it may take a few times wearing the Natalina to soften the thong, but it's not uncomfortable.

I wish these came wide. The material used is cut in such a way as it’s abrasive on my skin. The footbed is comfy.

I got these in the fuchsia color which is gorgeous, no complaints there. The sandal itself, however, is hideous but whatever, you don't buy Mephisto for style. As expected the insole was delightful: soft, cushion-y semi-supportive. The leather top was sharp against the skin, in between the toes. Given how much friction the top of a foot gets from a flip flop I could tell it would be in very short order to have cuts + blisters.

Beautiful shoe but the thong between my toes hurts too much to wear. Seems a bit short as well.

I didn’t like the look of the shoe on my foot. They looked long and made my feet look like boats ?? The straps were not attractive either on my feet. Not quite sure why. The color was pretty but the thong part was stiff.

I liked the style and especially the color of these sandals. They're made in European sizes and were a tiny bit short, tho I could have lived with that. There were two problems: they are thong style, and the piece between the toes is brutal--raw sueded leather and rough--it dug in and hurt before I even stood up. The other is that they are flip-flop style that adjusts with a buckle (as opposed to Velcro), and there was no setting that fit my foot, so I couldn't keep them on my feet without fear of catching or tripping. Too expensive for shoes that don't fit perfectly out of the box.

Very pretty sandal. Runs slightly small. The sharp edge of toe thong made sandal unwearable though.

Had high hopes, but the cut of leather between the toes is extremely uncomfortable.
