This is an interesting shoe. It is very very light and seems engineered to grab the heel, which is good for us narrow heeled folks. However, the toe box looked wider than it actually felt and the arch support seemed to hit me in the wrong place. I have hard to fit feet, a bit of a princess with the pea under the mattress kind of feet. If you have an easy to fit foot and want a very light trail running shoe, I think this is a very cool shoe. I gather it is a new model, since I don’t see any reviews yet.

This is my first time purchasing Arc'teryx shoes and I am really happy with them. This shoe in particular is incredibly light, so they feel like nothing when you're running, and the fit is so good for my narrow feet - particularly around the heel where I find it difficult to get a really snug fit. They also look really good, and lots of people have commented on them. They fit true to size, I normally size up a half size in running shoes but these fit perfectly in my normal shoe size.

A great shoe for running and everyday use! Very lightweight durable on the trails or road running. The traction is good for rugged terrain.

This shoe is the lightest Gore-Tex shoe I've ever worn. I thought I would only wear it on rainy days or in wet conditions but I wear it for all my runs. It doesn't get super hot like some Gore-Tex shoes do. The laces need to be double knotted to stay tied, but the shoe doesn't become loose if the laces do untie. The lace material is a bit lightweight and tears if you catch it on sharp debris (I have one snag I'm keeping an eye on). I'm typically a 10.5 in running shoes, but the 10 fits on the slightly larger side, I'd be happier in a 10.5 as on longer runs my second toe does take a bashing). They also keep your feet dry. I love this shoe.

I really like this shoe. I am not a runner but I have used it to do light hiking, trail exploring, and camping activities. I got it on the Black Sapphire color. I wish women's shoes came on more traditional colors (such as black...). The shoes look very nice. They are narrow, which is great for my skinny feet. They have a padded section by the Achilles' tendon, so you do not get blisters. The shoes perform well during my walks, as well as light hikes. I have not tried them on heavy rain so I cannot say if they get wet or not.

This shoe is very cute, but the material is extremely awkward. I have never seen a shoe like this, and I am not sure it was a great idea to make one. As the other reviewer noted, it is VERY LIGHTWEIGHT and it seems to be made of a very thin/stiff plastic type of material. Perhaps I can understand if I was purchasing a "water shoe," but this was supposed to be merely "waterproof," so I am puzzled by the material. As one would expect in a plastic shoe, it feels: 1) overly tight, since there is very little give; 2) rough against skin; 3) very uncomfortable. It also makes TONS OF NOISE. Like you are walking on a plastic shoe, with suction cups on the bottom! I think they should market this as a "WATER SHOE," versus merely waterproof, since waterproof is misleading and assumes the main purpose is hiking, walking, etc. This would not make a comfortable walking shoe. I can see wearing it if you are on a beach and running through water, only.
