Customer Reviews Hunter Refined Stud Biker Rain Boots

I was so hoping these would be edgy, cute, stylish. They’re not! There’s nothing biker about them. They look like old lady boots with an attempt at biker detail. I assumed they’d be the same shoe base as the original hunter boot, but instead they have a narrow, almost pointy toe. The sole has none of the lug tread that I expected. Look closely at the pictures, unlike me. If you’re looking for a hip rain boot, these aren’t for you. The quality looks like you’d expect from Hunter, very well made.

Love these! A cute alternative to for days when it might rain but you don’t want to commit to wearing the tall classic hunter boots

Weird fit. Don’t look as nice in person. I may send them back considering I have yet to wear them.

I really liked the style of this rain boot. I initially ordered the navy in a size 6 through another online retailer but returned it when I saw a black was available at another online retailer for the same price. Unfortunately, the left boot seemed narrower and shorter in length than the right boot (my feet are fairly even) which fit well. I thought this was a one-off and returned it and ordered the same size from Zappos. Same thing. It seems that the mold for the left boot for size 6 is weirdly off and unfortunately, they all fit the same weird way for me. Guess it wasn't meant to be.

The shaft was tight around my legs even though they only reach below my calf, so I was anticipating they would be roomy. They were not. They also were a bit too masculine in person for my taste.
