I ordered a size 5, but the shoe felt an entire size larger. There really wasn't much of an arch support for being a hiking shoe/boot.

Though the bottom grip was excellent, the shoe leaked on both shoes near soles. They was no support after 1/2 on a hiking trail as well in the Rockies. Not at all recommended

I was looking for a sneaker style hiking shoe for light hiking and walking on various terrain and to keep my feet dry,
These shoes have it all and are very comfortable right out of the box.
I wear a size 6.5 but always go up a half size in sneakers. The size 7 fits perfectly,

I bought these for my wife as she enjoys going for long walks when on holiday. We recently, on a break to Somerset, walked from Horner to Dunkery Beacon which involved a great deal of uphill and downhill sections. She commented on how comfortable they were throughout.
