I love the style of this shoe. It's a great go-to shoe for all day wear. However, I was a bit disappointed about the insoles. I have heel pain and they didn't seem to be a cushioning as I anticipated given that it states they have VERSAFOAM technology. The shoes are true to size

Fit is very true to size. They are comfortable and provide fairly good support. Good shoe for the price

The shoes have a good firm foundation, but not enough bounce. Going to use these for working on my feet all day so I added some gel insoles. Now they feel great!

I can't wear the super-cushioned shoes and just have a removable insole for custom orthotics (very high arches, tendinitis & plantar fasciitis). I need a firmer shoe and so tried the Inferno. It's pretty comfortable and gives the support I need, with just enough cushion. I'm a long time fan of the Cohesion but this is a good option. I'm not a runner, but walk my 60 & 80 lb dogs on pavement several times a day.

Unfortunately, these are going to be returned. The soles are very stiff and I don't want to have to hope they break in. My feet are a bit like "princess and the pea" and I feel everything. The rigidity of the sole was a deal breaker for me. I see that I am not the only one who made this observation. Also, the white of the sole is very bright, almost neon which is not my favorite. All in all, a nice looking shoe but I want something more comfortable from the start.

Had them less than 3 months, super comfy, so many complements and one of my favorite shoes. Sadly, hole popped open at tip of shoe. Luckily the company handled it very well.
Might try them once more..
Fyi, I keep my tow nails very short. Wasnt my toe nails that created the hole.

I just received my shoes today and they're very nice, stylish and with great grip. However, I ordered these because I have the Saucony versafoam flare and I love the insoles in those. I thought the inferno would also have those insoles but whatever is in these shoes feels like it's made of hard rubber and I can't see being comfortable wearing these shoes through an entire workout or even for standing for short periods of time. It's not a deal breaker because I got a good deal on the shoes but disappointed that I'll have to go out and purchase insoles just to make these wearable.

Saucony has always been my favorite brand! But the new styles are not as durable as they use to be. It's hard enough to try to find a great pair of sneakers for comfort , durability and support. I am not a fan of versafoam. I had to purchase additional inserts for my sneakers. I will only be able to wear these shoes in summer weather, not an all season shoe.

Granted I have not had the shoe long, but while it fits OK, it feels a little tight and seems to rock my foot out. It doesn't seem as cushioned as other Saucony shoes I have either. I can use them, but not for all day walking/work. The color (beige) also seemed lighter than I expected. The darker tan ones I got (a different Saucony style) doesn't seem to be available any more, which is too bad as they matched my work pants perfectly!

I am a 60+runner with many physical reminders of the sport. (Knee and ankle injuries) This shoe is very well made and attractive it didn't offer the cushion I was looking for. Sadly I will be sending it back in hope if finding the right shoe.

Loved the style, just too tight/narrow for me. My width is usually medium.

Too mushy feeling. Didn't work for me. Felt like they didn't have enough support.

Was pleased with shoes except that the solid lining inside the toe box caught on my nails which I knew meant running trouble, so they went back. So shallow shoe or poor design for me, perhaps?

I really wanted to love this shoe. It was a little small in the toes, I have the Kinvara 9 and love them (size 12) so I was hoping these would fit just as good. When I walk my big toe outline really shoes through the shoe and I immediately did not like that. I will be returning the shoes, sadly.

Not impressed. Shoes lacked cushioning and support. Would be fine for a trip to the grocery store, but for a three mile run, they didn't give much more cushioning than a pair of flip-flops. They are also more narrow than expected (I have always worn regular width, but these were too narrow). Will be returning.

These shoes are hard to put on because the back of the shoe folds over. I have to use a shoe horn. The insole is hard and uncomfortable.

I had worn a pair of Sauconys for around 10+ years. They were totally worn out so I decided to order another pair. The toes of the Versafoam Inferno are surrounded by a hard piece that kept pulling at my toenails. I put up with this for months and then I noticed that the piece had dented in on each of the shoes. I have only worn the shoes to work out in so they haven't had hardly any wear. I am so disappointed.

The soles are so thin. My knees and hips have never hurt after running until I started wearing these shoes.
