My son was looking for a pronation-correction running shoe, since his neutral footbeds are not quite enough for his higher arches. After trying many brands/styles, he liked this one the most but it's not wide enough! He usually needs 2E and though this was in that width it was just too tight across the toes. The Brooks Addiction in 2E is wide enough, but doesn't feel as good - rather firm and boardlike. Brooks' other anti-pronation shoe, the Beast, is too seriously a correction shoe for him.

They fit well and true to size. Styling was surprisingly better than the pictures. fit throughout was good. Snug but not tight in the heal and through the arch...a little wider in the toe box but, no slippage was felt. First run, out of the box was 5 miles. no blisters, no unusual wear. only down side might be the laces...they are extremely thin and slick. If you are really picky, you might consider swapping them for some bubble laces. Good shoes.

The wide wasn’t wide enough. I can’t really say whether the shoe had arch support because the width made the fit too painful to notice anything else.

Great fit. Starting a new training cycle and getting a new set to start running hard in again.

So far, I really like these shoes. I had Saucony Omni 16 for a while, and replaced them with these ISO 2. Similar stability, and they feel pretty light on my feet. I use these with Superfeet insoles, so can't comment on the arch support. I've taken these out on a couple of 5-mile runs, and they felt great, from the very first run.

Excellent shoe and the top is very breathable which will be fantastic in summer when my feet are hot.

I wore the previous version of the Guide ISO and loved it. The Guide ISO 2 is even better! It offers excellent light weight motion control an the fit is perfect. The original Guide showed hardly no wear and tear and I average in the mid 20s per week mileage. I expect the same from the Guide 2.

I have owned several pairs of Saucony running shoes, I'm not a runner but on my feet and active nearly every day. I have always gravitated towards the lower priced Saucony shoes and have loved every pair. I purchased the Saucony Guide ISO 2 recently and have worn them off and on for about a month. I wear arch supports in my shoes and have never had a problem with previous shoes being uncomfortable. Wearing the Guide ISO 2 feels like my heel is sliding around and will pop out of the shoe. I am hoping that this will improve as I wear them more. I really like the color and style of the shoe and the comfort for the rest of my foot is ok. Just wanted to let people know that if you wear arch supports you may want to choose another shoe. My lower priced Saucony's are comfortable, but I was hoping the higher price point and design, for the Guide ISO 2, would translate into an ultra comfortable shoe.

Was excited to try out the ISO Guide after running two marathons and training all year in the ISO Ride’s. Being flat footed and wanting a bit more support than the Ride’s had I felt confident buying the Guides online. I regret it after three days of easy runs to beak them in. The inner soles right in middle of arch is extremely hard and comes up really high. This caused not only a massive blister even with moleskin on my arch but also hardened swelling in my arch. I jogged home mid run and put my Rides back on and immediate relief. Looks like I will be going to a athletic store to test out some “support” long distance shows that don’t have an injury causing hardened inner arch.
