Love this skort! Runs small. Last year I was a size 2 this year a 4 (my weight and body type has not changed ) Wore it bouldering in Yosemite to beautiful waterfalls, jumped in falls with my skort ...perfect for everything !! Easy to wash by hand with a bar of soap and quick dry!! Pockets for your stuff...phone etc... Will purchase again!!!

I absolutely love this skort! I have two of them; blue and black and now want the peacock color! Perfect for teaching elementary school Kiddos! Waiting for it to go on sale so I can get the peacock color!!

This skort is so absolutely comfortable and when hiking in the rain, it repelled the water! It is so soft! Love it!!

I got hailed and rained on for hours while wearing this skort and the water just beaded up and slid right off. My friends are sick of me raving about how great it is.

Ran quite small- can wear a 4 in most pants but needed a 6 in this skort. Glad I returned it for one size larger. Like the dark blue color as it goes with many different color tops- better than a navy color for my use.

I now have nine of these. Really. In two sizes, one for summer and one size-up for winter wear over leggings. Excellent for travelling because of the two zippered pockets for securing cash, cellphone, keys, etc. I was excited to add 'Naval Blue' and 'Peacock' to my colourful quiver. Not impressed, however, that these two new skorts do not have the zippered thigh pocket! Time to update the description which still indicates two zippered pockets.

I LOVE this skort!! The liner shorts are perfect!! Not too tight and definitely long enough that they won't roll up and thighs won't chafe. I ordered the Pinot color and it's beautiful. The skirt looks put together, will be great for the office, biking, and hiking. This skort just surpassed Columbia and Patagonia skorts. Thanks OR!

I wear this skirt more than anything else in the summer -- to work, around town, hanging out with friends, even to niceish dinners. It has a clean line, fits great, and the material is light and wicking, making it perfect for warm weather. I also love the shorts inside, which makes me feel confident wearing it in windy conditions or for modesty sake. The length is perfect -- mid thigh, making it playful while still reasonable.

This skort just replaced my favored 5+ years old skort from Title Nine. Great fit and length. Great design. Quick -Drying. Lots of pockets. I used it for backpacking trip and loved it. No friction with the backpack hipbelt. No leg movement restriction. Looks amazing for wearing it to town or travel. Love it.

I just received this skort, it's completely perfect and the pinot colour is gorgeous. The Ferrosi fabric is so comfortable - lightweight, water-resistant with plenty of stretch - this would be good for running, hiking and I definitely plan to wear it to work. In fact, I am going to order it in black and cornflower!

Love that this has a zippered back pocket and deep front pockets. Material looks nice, and shortish length makes it easy to hike. I usually wear a size 2 bottomsexchanged my skirt for a size 4 and it is still very tight fitting. Shorts underneath and a nice length and breathable material, but the seam is very tight in the crotch. A gusset or a little more give would make these much more comfortable for active wear. Planned to make it my new hiking skort, but wear it more casually because of that.

I really like this hiking skirt! Lightweight, comfy, and cute! I wish the skirt were just a tad shorter, but not enough to return it worked great for upstate NY gorges hiking!

If you're looking for a more formal and fitting skirt from OR, this is your stop. It fits true to size, but wasn't my preference for activities like running/hiking, more of a wear to a brewery skirt. The other OR skort however, the dream piece for bigger activities! Still, a great material and would recommend depending on what you're looking for.

I have just received the quartz-coloured Ferrosi skort, it's so summer-pretty! I've happily added this new fun colour to my quiver of 11 skorts because, for almost a decade, the Ferrosi skort has been my go-to for hiking, workwear, casual wear, working in the gardens - and travelling. I often buy two of the same colour, an 8 for summer wear and a 10 for cold off-season wear over merino leggings. This comfortable piece is especially fantastic for travel because it packs light, hand-washes and dries with ease and can serve as 'dressed-up' in a pinch! Disappointingly though, as with the newer skorts I've bought over the past two years, there's no longer a front zip thigh pocket, despite it still being listed in the garment specs. OR, please please please bring back the zip thigh pocket because it was ideal for securing cards, cash, keys - even a passport could fit in it. While travelling, a front zip thigh pocket is more thief-proof than a zip back hip pocket. For fit information, I am 5'4", 140 lbs, normal build and the skirts continue to fit perfectly with each new purchase. The only con is that missing and oh-so-useful zip thigh pocket...

I bought this for paddle boarding and it would have been a great skort but it was too short on me. I am 5'8" and wear a size 4. Had I needed a bigger size, it would probably have been a better length. Love the skort apart from that - great fabric, nice little shorts beneath. Lots of pockets and one with a zip which is really useful. Nice colour too. Had to return regretfully only because of the length issue.

Was so psyched to find twilight color in my size. And was not disappointed. Fits like it's made for me. Love the color. Works with all my favorite tops. Wish it was wrinkle free. But still my new Summer uniform!

I love this skort and have purchased several over the years, always sz 4. I am 5' 1", 114 lbs. I work outside as a professional gardener. This skort allows me to do rugged work while still looking feminine. I live in the northeast where summers are hot and humid. This skort is lots better than wearing shorts. The stretch shorts underneath are comfortable and I don't have any issue with riding up. I will say, however, that the latest Ferrosi skort has gotten shorter and more narrow. When I lay a new one over the old ones, the difference is quite stark. It is 2" shorter and 2" more narrow. I would still recommend this skort, but PLEASE bring the old version back!! It is much more comfortable and true to size.

This hiking skort fits well and is made with comfortable and durable materials even for occasional bushwhacking. Only thing that would make this skort better would be a zippered pocket/s to stash the keys or phone without worry on the days in the mountains.

Very cute skort, however I bought my normal size and it was way too tight. I'd size up one to two sizes! (I do have a booty, which probably didn't help the fit )
