Love these! I bought them to work with my home spin bike and it make such a difference (over cages.) I wish I had done it sooner. I watched a few videos online about attaching the cleats and I was good to go! Recommended for spin bikes. Didn't love the color / style, but who cares? They've for a home spin bike.

SO FRUSTRATED!!!! There was no plate included in the shoe to attach cleates!!!! I ended up going to a bike store and they told me that some Shimano shoes do not include plates but that no one sells cleates with plates. UGH!!!! I had to return them but I loved the shoe itself. My original shoes were stolen or lost so I didn’t have an old plate to use. Zappos should indicate that these particular shoes do not come with a plate.

I use this shoe for MTB’ing trails. Comes with plates but you need to buy the cleat part separately. Awesome shoe, great tread for dismounting and waking on the trail when necessary.

These run a bit narrow at the toe and I had to go a size up. I like they way they look. So far only used them on my stationary bike, but look forward to using them for mountain biking.

Used them for spin class. They fit true to size and the straps were fine for adjustments.

Great looking mountain biking shoe. Footbed was very comfortable. Width was great. However, the strap digs into my ankle. I can't imagine why they made it this way. It was digging in as soon as I put them on. There is no tongue to protect the front of my ankle from the strap. There is no way I would try to ride with this shoe as I am sure the front of my ankle would be rubbed raw right away. Very disappointing.
