Love these sandals. I took them out of the box, put them on and have not looked back. There was no "break-in" period needed. I am not a big flip flop wearer and was concerned about the post between the toes - no issue at all. I have high arches / insteps, these sandals have been wonderful with just the right amount of support. These are the most comfortable sandals that I have and have become my daily go-to sandals.

I have problem feet and tender skin, so my needs are very particular, and my chances of finding comfortable shoes is very slim. Still, I keep trying, especially as my current shoe collection is wearing out and is no longer comfortable. I used to wear thong style shoes as a kid, but have kept away for many decades now. I thought I'd try them again to free up the toes, for days when they are irritated, numb, or hurt from other shoes (or for no clear reason - this is my life now). I wanted to like these, as I hate the noisy flip flop sound of regular flip-flops, so I took a chance on these with the strap further back. The strap placement helps avoid too much noise and flapping, but I could not get used to the toe separator. I also didn't like the look of these for some reason. They are interesting, but exactly not my style. I think these are great for normal folks, but I can't afford not to be super picky with my footwear, as I have wasted loads of money on shoes I cannot wear for one reason or another.

Really comfortable sandals from the minute I put them on.

I broke my fourth toe, could not wear a shoe or strappy sandal and needed a shoe that would not touch the toe but allow me to walk with great support. This is it. So much better than flip flops and good looking too!

These were very cute but very narrow. The medium runs more like a narrow than a regular B. Not for wide feet. :-(

Perfect sandal for balance and stability. I have tried(and returned) many pair looking for these. True to size with moderate arch support. Finally found a summer alternative to sneaks.

Weird fit--the strap that goes across the toes is so far forward, it hits my foot at the side of my little toe, but it's so wide, there is a gap there. Hard to describe, but it's like the strap doesn't curve with my foot. Also compared to my other sandals in the same size, these are slightly shorter. Seems like the sole would be nice and cushion-y. Just doesn't work for me.

The most comfortable pair of flip flops I own. Great support that you expect from Dankso and true to my Dansko size. I was concerned that the leather thong would rub the inside of my toes - no issues! I also love that you can adjust them. The only drawback is that they are not made for the water

Put these on right out of the box and they fit perfectly. Love Danskos with lower heels for older customers.

I am always so happy how fast I get my shoes from Zappos. I was a little worried about the bottom of the shoe that touches my skin. I thought I might get hot sweaty feet but I DIDN'T. Going to have to get use to the strap that goes between my big toe and next. Shouldn't take long. I change shoes about 3 times a day but I wore these longer than average. I like all the places you can adjust the size. Thank you

I too wore them all day the first day without any issues; I have a narrow-medium width foot ( try finding that width) so they are a bit too wide at the arch area of the foot, even with adjusting the Velcro as tight as possible, but my feet swell in the summer, other then that, the length is good, the support is good and because of the design, there’s no “ flip flop “ when walking, so I’m keeping them.

TOO BIG! I wear danskos in a 41 but the sandals are just too wide and sloppy

These are great sandals. Out of the box comfort and good arch support. I have worn SAS for years but the price is just way up there. So happy to find these at a great price. I am a convert!

order my size 7 fits fine. haven't worn them yet since summer over :(. The pic make the look long at top cuz i had my feet up but fit fine. I'll wear a few days in the house to check out. I've always worn vionics (have 6 pair) but these were recommended on a FB group.

Perfect, right out of the box. Comfortable and with the added unexpected bonus of making me a little taller! New favorite summertime shoe. Thank you Zappos for bringing them to my door and Dansko for another quality product.

Fits true to size and comfy. I didn't find the foot bed to be to rough for me as others have mentioned.

Very comfortable shoe for strolling and shopping

Really hoped these shoes would work. Liked the style, liked the sturdiness of the sole, but the imprint on the inside if the sole was too rough and likely to cause blisters. So, back they go.

I had a pair of Dankso flip flop style of shoes that wore out, I was hoping these would be a good replacement. The strap at the base of the shoe was too tight on my wide foot, they had to go back.

I was seeking to replace my Dansko Katy sandals and hoped these would suffice. They don't. The arch support is meager at best. The fit feels FLAT. There just is not that Dansko serious support I'm accustomed to. The external appearance of arch support (see photos on Zappos) is misleading. The arch support is just not substantial. These feel cheap and unsupportive. I wish companies would stick with a sure thing. Katy was a sure thing. I'm going to scour the internet for a pair of Katy sandals.

These sandals were a miss for me. I was trying to replace my Katy thongs and thought these might be close. They aren't. I don't understand all of the straps and the arch support fell far short. They will probably be great for someone with different expectations but they aren't a replacement for Katy.
